The solicitors of CJCH were all very helpful and informative until I had the misfortune of being assigned to Carey Bridge. She was rude, patronising and extremely unhelpful to the point of not contacting CPS as requested multiple times even though I was assured this was something that could be done. She does not even respond to emails requests “because she didn’t like the way I spoke to her”. News flash people aren’t going to be your best mate when you’re being paid to do a job you don’t/won’t do because of your personal feelings. This solicitor claims to be the best if you are struggling with mental health but from what I have seen they only make your mental health worse by not doing what they are paid to do. Maybe not an awful company but Carey Bridge is not a good representative and I actually had to sack her and represent myself due to lack of communication and professionalism. Steer clear!

I have used Rebecca May on a few occasions, for selling/purchasing properties. Two of which have been quite challenging but Rebecca has consistently made the whole process seamless. Her professionalism and efficiency is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

My solicitor is great but I think overworked at the moment. The conveyancing process was much slower than I had simultaneously with another solicitor

I could not fault our solicitor Rebecca May at all, she was always there if we had any queries and if she wasn’t her PA Jazmine would help or get her to ring us back.
