The new Annex had been designed with large glass walls and without consideration for hot summers so became intolerable for long periods. Really appreciated the advice we received from Rob. He had reviewed the materials about our home that we'd sent through in advance and was well prepared to talk us though specific efficiency measures for our home and the sequencing of these. This was very clear and efficient (but not rushed) and we left with a much better idea of how to proceed, including avoiding considerable costs on a few areas we'd previously been considering and progressing some things we hadn't even thought of. We especially appreciated that the advice was genuinely impartial, and avoided the vested interests you can sometimes encounter with contractors. We would not hesitate to use CLPM in future.

Professional and pleasant to work with. A bit pricey but they did identify 3 problems with my heating system which I have been able to fix.
