I ordered two stationary boxes. They took two months to come and barely contained any stationary! 200 face masks, cases for various tablets/iPads and even a bottle of water! DO NOT BUY!

Received order 4 weeks late and all drinks out of date by 12 to 18 months

Binned everything. Things over a year out of date. Juice had no fizz, flat and tasteless. Nothing was edible.

It was a box of junk, lots of wires and the only item that could be used was a book.

Absolutely terrible. I throw the whole lot out.
You could improve by stop ripping people off selling your rubbish.
I wished I took a video of it to send to trading standards.
I actually think you should refund me but I doubt you will

This is currently my most favourite company in the world, the value I get is the best from anywhere.
Occasionally some of the items may be sub-par but this is very very occasionally. My Experience and instinct tells me that this is a company that does it’s very very best to keep customers happy and I have learnt to trusted them, I tend to buy from them once per month and have done so for nearly a year.

My order was shipped quickly but items were missing when it arrived. I contacted them 3 times and got no response...Terrible customer service, order at your own risk!

Still no items. Order placed on 23rd November, today is 19th December. 4 weeks dispatch, that is ridiculous. No idea if I ever will see any items.

The company needs to respond on the email messages they don’t say anything

Ordered the drinks mystery box and wow I understand that some items could be a little past the best before but wow all out of date not by a month or two but 80% by a year or two opened a couple is the items and they was flat no fizz 90% have gone in the bin it’s a cleaver way to scam people out of money get the stock free and then sell it off as “some items maybe passes their best before” no what you mean to say is all item will be a year plus past its best before and just shaking the bottles you can see the only pace they are good for it the bin also you wait a month to get the box to be well disappointed the good thing is I’ve done a couple of utube of the whole take a look #scammers

Was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews but items arrived quickly and well packed.

Many items were from 2023, so past their use by date and best before date. I'm not sure why they enforce a 4 week wait if the products are this bad. Some tasted like their packaging, others had no taste at all.

Items had been sitting in direct sunlight to the point that all colour has been bleached from them. These were jelly pots and juice.

I would not buy from this company again The quality does not match the price.

I purchase every 3 months ... around £90 of products mainly cakes. I have nothing but praise.... Incredibly cheap, very rarely is anything poor value, always packaged well and delivery is fast (pay for the fast delivery.. £5 more or so and worth it). I have never had an order be wrong or even any substitutions. Most of the purchases are used to feed wildlife but I do eat some myself too. I completely value this retailer and have not hesitation in recommending their services.

Goods were faulty, have tried twice to get a refund NOTHING !! WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS SITE TO ANYONE a rip off

I always look out for a bargain as everything these days are so expensive, I like to be clean & Clearance XL has had a couple of bargain buys regarding antibacterial wipes so I bought quite a few at a very good price that I could afford, looking forward to checking out any more bargains from your store, thank you.

Ordered alot of goods turned out to be a scam. Don't buy from them

No one responded to my emails and still haven't. There was no way of telling what sizes I needed so I got a 2 boxes of sizes I couldn't use and had to give them away. Complete waste if money, very disappointed. Never again!

The website is good but a bit too busy with too many adds which are distracting. The range of food items is relatively small and prices vary. I like the healthy foods rather than the junk food and am happy to but food past its sell by date. My parcel was well packaged and arrived in an acceptable time with some items that I have really enjoyed. With the cost of living bargain items are appreciated as well as reducing landfill from unsold food. Because of postage costs I feel that I need to save a lot of money on the food and buy enough to make it financially worthwhile.
I shall be very happy to use the site again

Great box a massive selection of all sorts of goodies, great for trying new things

I was sceptical from past reviews but I am pleasantly surprised, I ordered the xl mystery box.

XL is definitely accurate there was so much stuff from whole case of Powerade to whole boxes of crisps, jelly’s, cakes, cereals ect…

Yes some items are past sell by date but I think that’s personal preference I don’t have an issue with that, all the food is perfectly fine nothing was off or mouldy completely safe to eat, plus it states on website that items may be past sell by date so you know what your getting.

I can’t comment on delivery as I made an error so it was late but a lovely guy Paul messaged and sorted it out and I received it really quickly after that.

In all if you’re ordering for a bit of fun or you enjoy a mystery box and don’t mind sell by dates I would highly recommend you get so much for your money!

If your ordering expecting a weekly shop next day delivery better to go to supermarket

There were food items in this box that were dated a few years ago, a few bread items added too which were completely out of date. There was nothing from this box that was of any help at all. I threw it all away. One would have expected more recent dates on the items but as mentioned use by dates were exceeded by months and in some instances years.
