Very disappointed
Very disappointed, it appears that brexit is affecting all aspects of our lives, including transferring funds from the U.K. to Europe. What used to be a straight forward exercise has become a nightmare. Unfortunately I have had to take my business elsewhere having used Whitespay for many years. Rather sad.

Due to the new EU regulations, unfortunately the change in your account details was out of our control. The updated bank details were provided to you and we have not had an issue with clients sending funds using these details previously.
