Excellent personal service
Excellent personal service, no sitting on hold at all. You don't get as good an exchange rate as you can with some online services but it's more than worth the extra for the speed of delivery and peace of mind. There are just too many horror stories of delayed or lost payments and very poor customer service if something does go wrong. If it's a significant sum of money and timely payment is important, I can't recommend WhitesPay too highly.

Tim and Sam were very helpful to make a quick and easy trade deal but your paper work indicated that it might take between 1 and 3 days for the exchanged transaction which was confusing as the money was actually took only a few hours.
