I really througt i would get a mortgage but was let down last minute without proper answers lots of time wasted time and costs its totally put be off .

I used clever mortgages as I was struggling to be accepted for a mortgage by any high street bank due to a poor credit score. Despite this they helped me secure a mortgage with a high street bank at a standard rate!

Honestly I barely write reviews but the service was amazing! I’m a first time buyer and had contacted so many mortgage advisors that I was convinced there was no chance of a 95% mortgage due to a late payment in the past 6 months but Abby was the only one able to find us a mortgage!

Everything was really clear, and never a bother to ask any silly questions and no pressure!

We were so close to not looking anymore and we have finally found a house and a mortgage with a really good interest rate and cashback! Honestly unbelievable work and worth the fees.

Great communication through the process, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help through the remortgage process. Sarah our case handler kept us updated throughout and was quick to respond to any query and to ensure we got the best outcome.

My advisor Christie Bell was just outstanding, my past experience of anything financial just wasn’t at all good but she was able to put me at ease from start of the conversation.

We had lost all hope when our high street broker told us we would not get a mortgage due to some old debts on our credit report.....I am so glad we didnt give up and came to clever mortgages, they were amazing, friendly, optomistic and supportive throughout. They found us a mortgage. They were in constant contact with us and our solicitor from the beginning to end when our house was completed. I would absolutly recomend them and would use again without a doubt.
