I had a very disappointing experience with this locksmith company.
I was locked out of my home due to a situation involving my ex-partner, so I needed urgent help. The locksmith charged me £377 to gain entry and replace the lock with what appears to be the cheapest Yale lock available. The price felt extremely excessive for the work carried out.
To make matters worse, I was not given an invoice at the time, even though I was promised one would be sent to me by email. I still haven’t received anything, which is very unprofessional and concerning.
Overall, I feel overcharged and poorly treated. I would not recommend this company.

Broke the lock on my door. Refusing to pay refund. Said they’re would call back never have.

I was locked out, the man was here within 10 minutes. Which was great. Managed to get me in my house within another 10 minutes, also great. But! Then I came to pay! £450!!! Nearly choked. The man was lovely though and before he told me the price I had got £20 out of my purse to give him a tip. It went straight back in my purse after paying. I was expecting it to be expensive, around £200 for quick response but found £450 was too much. Ah well we live and learn!
