One of the worst business services I have ever experienced.

I would strongly advise any business owner considering Clicklandingpages to think very carefully before signing anything with this company.

The service itself was extremely disappointing. The landing page they produced did not represent our business or the way we communicate with and convert clients. I raised this directly with them before the page went live. I was told changes could be made, so I agreed to let it go live and assess its performance.

After it went live, we discovered that the page contained an email address that wasn't even ours. A customer actually brought this to our attention. I had to contact Clicklandingpages and provide them with our correct business email address so their IT team could change it.

I then asked for statistics to understand whether the page was actually receiving traffic. I was told that statistics were not provided as standard, although they could ask their IT team for traffic-flow information. At that point we had received no phone calls or text enquiries attributable to the landing page.

What disappointed me most was what happened when I started questioning the service and the continuing payments. Instead of feeling that I was dealing with a marketing company interested in whether its service was actually working for my business, the experience became about the contract, payments and Credit Control.

I eventually disputed the matter in writing. Court proceedings subsequently followed. I did not receive the Claim Form or Particulars of Claim and only discovered that a CCJ existed when High Court enforcement attended our business premises. I am now challenging the judgment through the court.

The whole experience has been completely disproportionate to what began as purchasing a simple landing-page marketing service.

Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and I would not recommend their service to another business owner. Read every part of the contract extremely carefully before you sign.

I am leaving this review because I want other business owners to understand exactly what happened to me before dealing with ClickLandingPages.

I originally understood the service to be about generating clicks/online marketing for my business. I did not believe I was agreeing to pay £504 for a landing page as a separate service that I had specifically requested.

The way the agreement was presented to me was extremely confusing. At the time I was dealing with the paperwork around the agreement, I was outside the vehicle while their representative was inside, and I did not feel that the true nature and cost of the landing-page obligation had been made clear to me.

I subsequently disputed the £504 landing-page charge because I did not believe I had knowingly requested or agreed to purchase that service in the way it was later presented to me.

Unfortunately, this dispute ended up in court. The court has now ordered me to pay the landing-page amount together with additional fees. I therefore accept the court’s decision, but that does not change my experience of how the sale and agreement were presented to me.

My biggest issue is the lack of transparency. If a business is selling a landing page costing hundreds of pounds, that cost and commitment should be made absolutely clear before the customer agrees to anything — particularly when the customer believes they are purchasing a marketing/click service.

My advice to other tradespeople and small business owners: read every term extremely carefully, ask exactly what you are buying, ask whether there are separate landing-page charges, and don’t rely solely on a salesperson’s verbal explanation. Get everything in writing before signing.

I personally would not recommend ClickLandingPages based on my experience.

Think twice before signing.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

I have never worked with them, never signed any contract, and had never even heard of this company. Despite this, they are demanding that I pay £2,009.

It is also impossible to contact the company to get an explanation or resolve the issue.

If you receive a payment demand from them, be extremely cautious and ask for clear evidence of any alleged debt or contract before making any payment.
