Very pleased with cost and timescale in delivery

Came on time and does the job

Easy to order, turned up when expected. Could do with sharp edges being removed.

Quick delivery and components were machined well

I ordered a 12mm flat metal plate in aluminium and when it arrived it was bent. I emailed the company but no reply. All they had to do was send a flat one and to me, I don't even know how a S6 grade aluminium can become bent at such a small size. Cost around £100 delivered. DO NOT USE this company

This was my first order with Clickmetal and the website was easy to use. Prices were good and the delivery was excellent. I will be using again.

All good sizes, thanks. Arrived safely. Good quality product.

Fabulous service!!! Real attention to detail and standards. Well packaged with brushed steel surface nicely protected. Great experience. Thank you and well done Clickmetal. Phil

I would happily recommend them. Some stainless rod cut to size was not square. After a short telephone call I was offered replacements, no cost to me and replacement items arrived swiftly

Refreshing that a company cares about its customers!

Excellent.service with quick delivery

Arrived quickly

Product delivered well packaged and exactly as specified.
Well Done 👍

Quality product, reasonable price. Shipped within advertised timescale, not their fault the shipping Co. Inserted an extra day. I would definitely use Clickmetal again.

I was a bit surprised to find the metal just left at the front door. It was only wrapped in bubble wrap and was damaged at one end where it had been dropped. Not a significant amount of damage but considering the price I paid cardboard protection would have been justified. The metal is fine for what I want it for and manufacturing has commenced.

I have used Click for a long time as they provide a great service. My last order was overdue so I contacted them the old fashioned way by phone to enquire why.
Jo was really helpful explaining the company was going through a transition period and my order had been missed as a result. It was with me the next working day.
Thanks again. Dean @ ARRI

Still waiting for delivery.

Not getting any useful response from clickmetal email

Will avoid from now on

Very helpful and no fuss made replacing the item damaged in transport.
