Online order to the value of R10,814.69 on 4 May 2026. Website advertises delivery in 2-5 days. Today, 15 weeks after the order, still no delivery. Despite numerous attempts at resolving the matter and a formal letter of demand for a refund after breach of contract, still nothing and no further response.
Now pursuing the matter through appropriate legal and consumer channels.

Ordered and plants were delivered a week later. Very nice quality plants and Nick was a great assist in giving advice and planning for our garden.
Thank you guys, will order again!

Do not trust this company – paid orders and total silence
I placed and paid for two orders with ClicknPlant (clicknplant.co.za). The plants never arrived.
I have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone, email and WhatsApp. They do not answer calls and they ignore messages and emails. There has been no delivery, no update, and no refund.
This is not an isolated complaint. Many other customers report the exact same experience: payment taken, nothing delivered, and complete radio silence afterwards. Looking at their Google reviews and Trustpilot page shows a clear pattern of people who paid and received nothing.
This behaviour makes the website appear untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent.
Strong advice: Before you order anything from clicknplant.co.za, first check their current Google reviews and Trustpilot reviews carefully. Do not rely on the website’s own claims. Protect your money.
I will not do business with them again and I strongly recommend others stay away until they properly fulfil orders and respond to customers.

Nothing to rate! I ordered, paid and then nothing. No plants, no response. Would also like to take them to small claims court.

I had no issues with this great nursery. My plants look great and it was a really big order and I am happy with everything. Nick and Roy did a great job with our delivery and gardening advice was an extra help. Will be seeing me again!

I would like to rate them less than one star. They don't deserve any stars. They don't communicate and don't deliver after payment.

Paid - nothing received.

It wasn't a good experience, I did an earlier review in February about my experience, but just want to say that I finally got my refund! Very late, but still appreciated.

Scammer. Placed an order in January and still no delivery. Sporadic emails claiming he's been unwell etc.

This place is a scam. After placing order of over R5000, no delivery, and no further communication. Generic responses to complaints like "our records show you got the order" or "didn't you get the refund". Avoid ultra you want your money stolen. Going to find the "owner" Nick and see.

Bought trees and plants 3 weeks back and still no delivery. They are not responding to mails and messages.

Stay away, not worth loosing money over.

Total scam artists. Take your money then ghost you. Have now made their socials impossible to comments on but where people have been able it seems they just in the business of stealing

This guy is a scammer, as soon as payment is made he stops all communication and blocks you

I cannot recommend ClicknPlant Nursery enough! I originally went to them just looking for some plants to freshen up my garden, but they ended up turning the whole process into a fantastic experience. From the moment I ordered, the staff were incredibly helpful. They helped me select the perfect plants for my garden’s needs, taking into account both aesthetic and maintenance.

What really blew me away, though, was that they offered to handle the installation and maintenance as well! They transformed my garden into something amazing that i love.
The installation was smooth, efficient, and executed with such care. Every plant looks healthy and well grown.

The team also offers ongoing maintenance, which is going to be a lifesaver.

I didn’t expect to get such a comprehensive service, but ClicknPlant exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for not just plants but a full garden experience, this is the place to go!
