I was looking for a second camera and chose a used Canon 7d Mark Ii. The company I usually use were so slow at completing the deal I chose to go elsewhere and found Clifton Camera's had what I required. After ordering the camera on the Monday afternoon it arrived on the Wednesday afternoon and was packed excellently with no risk of damage. Then today (Thursday) I received a phone call from Clifton enquiring as to how I was getting on with the camera something previous companies have never done before and the lovely lady asked if I needed anything else please contact them to see if they could be of help, I was so impressed by this and I will definitely be shopping and recommending them. Excellent company

I'd been looking for a ZEISS DTI6 Thermal Imager for a while and spotted a DTI 6/20 on the Clifton Cameras site, opened box, unused and with a full warranty at a substantial reduction. They also happened to have the alternative DTI 6 ZB 40mm lens for this unit, secondhand, at about 50% of the actual price. I was delighted to get an excellent thermal imager and longer lens that I could not otherwise have afforded. The items are immaculate, superbly packaged and were delivered the following day as I need the unit for an upcoming trip. Unbeatable service.

Ordered a Nikon P1100 at lunchtime on Wednesday and it was delivered at 2:10pm on Thursday.

Not just super efficient but also very well packed - there was no way the camera was going to be damaged in transit.

My only angst was there was an abundance of blue foam chips in the box to keep the camera safe which did not look especially biodegradable so I had to live with the guilt of pouring them into the "other" wheely bin!

I recently bought a TTArtisan lens from Clifton and within 3 days it arrived at my property. It was a drop shipped item but it was handled with care and quality I wasn’t expecting as it was a budget lens. Thanks for the great experience I’ll definitely consider returning back again for other OEM lenses!

Excellent service and delivery from Clifton cameras. I was kept well informed throughout the process and the item was as described, well packed and was very quickly delivered.

The Fuji camera I wanted (X100VI) has a waiting list, in some cases I have read about, 4 months is not unusual. I put a £5 deposit on the camera as a pre-order. Some weeks later a competitor notified me by email that they had this camera in stock.

I called Clifton Cameras to ask when they would be getting stock for my pre-order. Clifton were very helpful and confirmed delivery of the cameras in a few weeks and as I was high up on the waiting list i should get one.

A few weeks later I got a phone call from Clifton Cameras asking for the balance on my pre-order, once I had paid the camera was delivered the day after…superb service and the camera was well worth the wait!

Very quick response and efficient service. Pleased with the quote given and the organising of collection. Very polite staff.

I had an issue with a new flash (not their fault) and the company did an incredible job of getting the issue resolved effectively quickly. Customer service where understanding, accommodating and wonderful. Floor staff are also wonderful and helpful. Very grateful.

I pre ordered the Nikon ZR through them yesterday (with a £5 deposit!!!) and this morning I hear they have extended a promotion where they are adding a small Rig cage, they didn't need to but I've been upgraded to that automatically too.

Best camera company I've had the pleasure of dealing with over my 14 year photography career.

Excellent quick service and excellent price on Kowa TSN 55A telescope.

Ordering was simple. Their price was competitive... and the camera came with a 128gb SD card too.
The delivery came on time and was well packed.
Now all I have to do is learn a new camera – pass the aspirin!
