From our first meeting with Wayne, Clockwork's quotation person at our old house, to waving our removal men goodbye at the end of moving day, Clockwork's service has been excellent. We would say exceptional. They even did such a great job of rebuilding our bed it doesn't creak anymore!

Could not fault Clockwork Removals. Very happy with their service from start to finish. James in Head Office was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the movers on both days were extremely professional, polite, friendly and took great care of my items. Thank you to Tony, Max, Neil, Louis, Luis & Mike who made the experience of moving house less stressful.

We had a great experience with Clockwork. From the virtual assessment by Roy to the removal day itself we couldn't fault them. Lee and his team on both days worked hard, and were very patient and flexible with us when Plan A didn't quite work for furniture placement😄. Definitely recommend them.

Really great packing and moving experience with Johnnie, Mako and Max. They were all very polite and considerate the whole 2 days and were very mindful of being efficient and moving belongings where we wanted them in the end property. From start to finish, it was a great service and Josh the surveyor was also friendly and took care in responding quickly to our queries ahead of the moving date. I highly reccomend these guys

Overall, our move went smoothly and the two removal men who helped us on the day worked incredibly hard. They were polite, and did their best, especially considering they were working during the recent heatwave however they too were disappointed that they had to work on the job in that heat with only 2 of them.

However, I was disappointed that only two people were sent to complete the removal of our four-bedroom house. We were told this was considered a “team”, but it felt under-resourced for the size of the move and undoubtedly made an already demanding job even more difficult for the staff. Had to constantly

Unfortunately, the aftercare has also been disappointing. I’ve made two phone calls and sent two emails to arrange collection of the empty boxes, but I’ve yet to receive a response. Good communication shouldn’t stop once the move is complete.

Clockwork Edinburgh team were on our recent move and Dean and the crew were hardworking, respectful and friendly - just brilliant.

They were very professional and caring and made a very stressful time much less traumatic, and same goes for Crystal and Alex in the office, helping us find a solution at the last moment when things had gone awry with our onward move.

We have already recommended Clockwork to friends who are considering moving and based on our experience wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Talet, Gergely, and Norbert were incredible. They moved our entire house in a single day. They worked efficiently, handled everything with great care, and didn’t damage a single item. They dismantled and reassembled all of our furniture flawlessly, and throughout the whole process they were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving service. Highly recommended!

These guys are the best, from the quote to start with, to the actual move, all was so so good. Team moving were great - so great that I realised that there was too much left for me and my friend, so we got them back again. Lovely team again (different) but again so polite, respectful and helpful. I'd really recommend. Great service and help from Josh to organise dates/what we needed. Very flexible with our completion date (which changed!) the packing service was brilliant. The actual removal men who loaded and unloaded the vehicles were excellent. They had a first class attitude and went the extra mile. Packing was good but labelling of boxes could be improved with more detail, especially in boxes with items from different rooms.

Move fell through after first night with most of house loaded. They were accommodating by storing the goods locally and not going ahead with the move south. They helped us rescue a few items of emergency clothing.

After that however, Clockwork’s communication lacked empathy and we felt ongoing costs were excessive given they hadn’t actually been required to complete the second half of the trip for which we were fully charged for the entire return trip a second time. Yes they were covered by the “legal small print” but we felt charges were not very ethical and communication lacked empathy with our situation.

After highlighting the poor communication, the project manager went off the radar.

As a result of further poor communication, there were resulting errors with the subsequent move out of storage. We feel these errors could have been avoided if the project management and communication from Clockwork had been more effective. We received a goodwill gesture at end of project.

In summary. Very good provided move goes smoothly. Delivery guys were superb. Delivered in a heatwave and really stepped up in the critical moment. Very impressed with them. Thanks.

Management team: Very good for part 1. Not so good communication after things went wrong. We felt we had been hammered financially after original move broke down after only 1 day of packing and loading. In the moments that mattered we felt that the management team could have handled the situation much better, ie. with more empathetic and proactive communication. That might have avoided us having to sleep on the floor of our new house on the first night.

Clockwork by name and by nature! The team we had - Max, Steve,Ryan, Johnnie and Mateusz were calm confident organised very careful and very personable. They made the whole experience alot less stressful! Thoroughly recommend them.

House move was made so much easier due to the guys, thank you very much, absolutely recommend them

Clockwork & Shaun are great, they assisted with the collection of an electric bike from Orkney to the mainland. Very efficient, one phone call, one email & that was it sorted with no hassle. I rate Clockwork Removals very highly for their staff, both in the office and with removals. I had 2 separate removals during the past few months, and in both cases the removal men were efficient, friendly and helpful.

The boys were excellent at the unloading house and at the reloading house- could not thank them enough - so helpful and obliging

Very pleased with the service and very helpful removal men. Everything arrived ok and in good condition.

Tom and Luke were brilliant throughout. I had loads to move and splitting it between storage and new house meant it could have been a nightmare. Only two boxes ended up in the wrong place. Tom was absolutely brilliant and managed to navigate a large truck between two trees with no room for error. Nothing was too much trouble. He even helped me put a door back on as it needed to come off to fit a bed in the room above the garage. Thanks so much to all your team. Kelly and Alice in the office were great too!
