Clockwork Removals and Storage - Sheffield Avaliações

Brilliant service from the Sheffield team. The survey for the quote was professionally conducted by Dean, yet friendly and approachable, his knowledge and experience matched his mature manner.

Extremely proficient and incredibly reasonably priced given the distance involved.

A HUGE thank-you to the company and Kelly for not only allowing the bill to be settled by The Royal British Legion, but for allowing a deferred settlement due to the uncertainty posed by the other party involved.

The removal team on the day were magnificent!
All the very heavy terracotta pots were handled with care, as were all my other belongings.

Dave went above and beyond his job on the day by helping move a large cane chair into the diabolically small hallway that was not on the original job sheet.

They made a challenging day a lot easier, and patiently worked around the gas safety check that my landlord requested.

I can't thank yous enough. Please be assured that although not all names have been remembered, all the hard work from those involved has, and will not be forgotten.

I wish you all the very best,
Sam R

Thank you to Clockwork Removals, Sheffield for making our house move stress free. The lads were absolutely brilliant, highly recommend.

Clockwork were amazing from start to finish and made our move stress free.
The team were professional, courteous and made us feel like we were in very safe hands. Would have no hesitation in recommending - the guys were first class.

Thanks to Lee, Dane, Reagan and Sam for my parents house move this week. They were polite, efficient, good humoured and made a stressful process much easier than I expected. Not one item was chipped or broken and they worked tirelessly to complete the job over 2 days. Awful weather conditions and new carpets not an issue as they protected the floors which I was worried about. Lee was brilliant with the team (and my endless questions!) - thoroughly recommend the company and these guys in particular - Thank you.

Got a very fair price from Dean at Clockwork to move us from West Yorkshire to County Durham. The 2 guys Dave and Andy did a faultless job moving all our possessions with not 1 thing damaged. They really couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and using Clockwork removals again.

Overseas move was less than optimal. Packing crew onsite was excellent but what happened after removal was questionable. Consolidation of boxes occurred without recording which resulted in confusion and damages. Many furniture pieces arrived to destination very damaged. Fortunately, I had marine insurance but only recouped 40% of value of damages.

Kelly was brilliant and so were the guys that did our small office move. Great communication, time keeping and overall service.

The team on the whole were friendly , fast and very helpful . Didn’t even complain when we didn’t get the keys until nearly 4pm. By which time it was dark and had started to rain . Sorry guys .

Excellent service. Made everything go really smoothly. Very efficient.

Excellent service from initial quote to packing for us and then moving us the next day.
No hesitation in recommending this company.

Lee and Dane were absolutely superb, nothing was too much trouble loading our stuff to go into storage( back in October) and then bringing it to our new house today, 4 hours (at least) away from our last house. Both worked really hard and always asked where the boxes and furniture needed to go, then took them there. If you are lucky enough to have this Sheffield team, make sure you give them refreshments...because they definitely deserve it. They are a credit to your company Clockwork.

Professional and friendly service throughout. The team worked with the utmost respect to our property during all stages, going above and beyond when there was problems in moving some of our larger pieces.
Nothing was a problem and what can sometimes become a stressful time was made so much easier by everyone involved ar Clockwork.
Had used AB Castle previously and nice to see that the excellent service has continued after the takeover

Very careful and professional team. Showed up in time and completed the job very fast being super careful and keeping a great attitude

From start to finish, the team have been amazing.

First dealing with Kelly & Dean at the office - they were both so friendly over the phone and could not do enough to help and guide me as this was the first time we’ve used a removal company. They made me feel relaxed and reassured I’d made the right decision on choosing Clockwork. Their customer service has been flawless.

On the day of the move, I was feeling anxious, as I imagine most people are when it comes to the big day. And I honestly thought I would get a couple of guys who just wanted to get the job done and not really pay much attention or care for our personal belongings which also made me feel nervous. However, as soon as Tony & Tom arrived, I knew from that moment that I would be in safe hands and I knew I wouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Tony & Tom were so personable, friendly and supportive in the move - it made us feel so happy and comfortable. They were incredibly efficient, and quick but also took so much care - it was effortless. Their communication was impeccable and I loved their personalities and sense of humour, it made the day feel really nice and fun.

They also went above and beyond as a couple of the items like the bed and wardrobes had some minor issues (slight break on the bed and a screw from the wardrobe missing) which they checked with me to make sure I was aware of it, but then went on to fix them when they built them back up in the new house! If that isn’t going above and beyond I don’t know what is. They didn’t have to do that - but they did, and that is what makes the difference and sets Clockwork apart.

I cannot recommend clockwork enough, they have an amazing team there and I will be absolutely telling everyone to use them for their moves!!!!!

I have just moved house and had the pleasure of hiring Clockwork Removals to do a full packing and moving service.

As this was our first proper move with a house full of belongings I wanted to shop around for a good quote. Rob visited my house to better understand what I wanted/what they offered.

After 3 different quotes Clockwork's price was the middle of the road and Rob had provided a great impression - so I decided to go with them.

Unfortunately, we couldn't organise a packing day prior to the move as our schedules didn't align so we decided to do the packing on the day. On the day of the move the guys turned up promptly at 8:30 to start packing. In addition to packing, they also disassembled the bedframe and desks we had, which we were very grateful for. They were all friendly, kind and attentive.

We had our 3 bedroom house packed in about 2 hours and they were ready at the new house when we got the keys. They moved the boxes into each room that we specified whilst also laying down floor coverings, which we were thankful for.

We greatly appreciated them taking the stress away from us. Overall, stellar service and a great group of people.

I have nothing but praise for the team who looked after me and my belongings brilliantly during my move from Sheffield. Very punctual, friendly and helpful: absolutely excellent service and they kept in touch to advise on arrival times in Edinburgh.

I would absolutely use this company again for a professional, friendly and competitively priced service.

We had a great experience from start to finish.

Tom and Warren were very professional and careful with our belongings. Even moved our houseplants safely.

Would recommend the packing and moving service.

A great service which was greatly appreciated. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and delivered our product efficiently and on time.

We can't speak highly enough of their fantastic service. We were downsizing , hence so nervous about the whole thing but the two lads, Luke and Tom put us at ease from the first minute and they were so helpful throughout. Nothing was too much for them. From start to finish Clockwork have been great.

Friendly helpful service from start to finish
