I love my long and medium length socks. I only hand wash them so far which they tolerate well. I bought a set of short ones for summer hiking so they wouldn't be so hot.

My niece has yet to receive the package of socks I ordered. I do not know where the company is located, it has been 6 days.

Waited 2 weeks to receive my socks from China. When I open the pack and put the socks on there was a large hole in the heal of the sock. I immediately took pictures of the socks and the packaging and emailed customer support. There response was horrible and they accused me of damaging the socks. They said in their view I was 50% responsible and refused to refund my purchase even though their refund policy clearly states that if the product is received defective they will replace or refund at their expense. I will never purchase from this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 8 pairs of socks in mid-December. Took a while to get them around Christmas, but had good communication - very responsive. Socks are very comfortable. One pair came in with a small hole, so I contacted Clohill (The others were fine) Clohill immediately sent a replacement pair (and an extra pair for the trouble). First time ordering, but they had great customer service and comfy socks.

This was my fourth time to order from Clohill as I feel they make the best alpaca socks compared to other 4 companies I've tried out. Fit is always perfect. I now have my 90 y/o mom wearing alpaca as feet stay warm in winter, cool in summer. I ordered my son and grandson the regular alpaca socks and the heavier socks. They love the regular socks, they haven't tried out the heavier ones as I just mailed them out.

I purchased the crew and boot socks since I'll be wearing these during hunting season. The crew socks are thinner and good for long hikes without getting too hot, once I'm ready to sit for a while I put the thicker boot socks on over the crew so to keep my feet warm. The boot socks are extremely soft, thick and so comfy. I ended up buying some for my wife to wear around the house, she loves them. Yes, they ship from China, but it usually only takes 10 days to receive them. They are superior quality socks, and I recommend them to anyone who likes warm feet. As a bonus, my feet do not ever stink when wearing these socks, I will be purchasing more in the near future.

It was all an online experience and I had no issues but whatsoever.
I ordered the four pack of socks for my husband for Christmas. He has not had a chance to wear them because I accidentally put them in my sock drawer because they’re so comfortable and warm.!

This company ships from CHINA and uses borderline false advertising.
Shipping can take a month and the company still won't declare the package lost or undeliverable, won't refund the money, won't guarantee that they'll return the items if they ever are delivered.
missed Christmas presents and about to ruin a ski trip. customer service is polite but 100% unhelpful.

The socks are very tight for their size. Much thinner than advertised. I could see skin through the seams! They try to make you believe they are a company in Peru, but the socks ship directly from China. If you don't like the quality you must pay for a return yourself. Do not recommend!!!

Ordering was easy, shipping was free and reasonably fast, considering how far the package traveled; ordered the 11th and delivered the 21st. The Alpaca socks are fantastic! High Alpaca content (70%) and very comfortable. I wear U.S. men’s 10.5 - 11 and ordered size Large. They fit perfectly. I ordered multi-colored packs and all the colors are very rich and vibrant. I didn’t need to make any returns, like another reviewer, who had a less than ideal experience, so I can’t comment on that process. The socks did ship from China, but I had no issues. I will be ordering more.

Telos of England owns Clohill.com socks in the U.S. BEWARE because if you have any issues, they require you to pay to return the socks TO CHINA. Over $30 in postage to get a $45 refund in my case. Not worth it, gave socks away.
