Clothes to order did an amazing job getting the order to me quickly, and also making sure that what I wanted printed on them was done correctly. There was an initial problem with the order in that they didn't have the size I wanted in stock. So, they told me about that immediately, and we got it sorted out and it didn't slow down the delivery at all. I was really pleased with the order and will definitely order from them again.

Got what I ordered however during the back and forth I sent across another logo to use for a redraw however they didn't use the logo I wanted, still pretty happy with the shirts but was expecting a redraw of my new logo

Dan the man!
Dan/Daniel gave me a call off the back of an automated issue detected with the order. Rather than just correct that one issue Dan ensured everything else was perfect and even made an ammendment or two which vastly improves the quality of my order, without Dan this order may have been returned but instead I know no longer want to use any other custom print provider.

When artwork is uploaded to our website, it goes through an automated quality check. While this works well in most cases, there are times when it doesn’t read files as accurately as we’d like.
To help prevent any issues, all new artwork is also reviewed by our Order Processing team to make sure it’s suitable for producing a high-quality print. If we find that the resolution may not be sufficient, we’ll always get in touch with you to offer the following options:
Upload a higher-resolution version of your artwork, if available
Choose a redraw service for an additional fee
Proceed with the original file, with the understanding that print quality may be affected
Please also be assured that if you do choose a redraw, the improved high-resolution file will be saved to your account for any future orders.
We truly value your feedback and will be reviewing how we can improve this process to make it clearer and smoother for our customers going forward.
