We purchased a flat from your client Fleming construction. Just short of completion your client announced that he would not guarantee any of the electrical goods in the kitchen. We could of course have withdrawn and then left our purchasers high and dry. We went ahead to find We had purchased a flat with a load of junk in the kitchen . The central heating system was failing to ignite and was condemned on examination and we had to replace the oiler at a cost of £4500. To this day none of the extractor fans in the toilets work. The door entry system was not functional on our taking up residence. The toilets were dirty on our arrival.
We feel a complete lack of interest in these matters and a lack of any ethical standards in their approach to the sale of their flat. On a separate matter we asked for details of the gas and electric meters for us to arrange a supply. Unfortunately the gas meter which you sent to was the wrong meter. This has caused difficulty for us. We have now sorted this

Cycling with my kid in the westend of Glasgow. Dude in a fiat 500, Clyde property plastered over the side passed my kid pretty close and pretty fast (rushing to get to a set of lights at red ahead)
As we cycled passed him saw him eating his supermarket pasta salad on his lap. I gave a shake of the head in disappointment.
He jumped out of the car to ask what my problem was.
Passing kids on bikes at speed whilst eating your lunches -and he couldn't see the problem with that.

I recently sold my property with the westend branch. Kerr came out to view it, and I appreciated his honest appraisal and non-pushy demeanour. I wasn’t ready to sell and another estate agency was constantly phoning me despite me telling them that. Kerr acknowledged that I wasn’t ready, and said to contact him when I was, if I wanted to choose Clyde. There was no hard sell, and I wasn’t plagued by follow up calls. I felt listened to, and that was the primary reason I chose Clyde when I was ready to sell a few months later. Everything moved quickly after that. The photography, video and ad were high quality, and the viewing app was easy to use. The flat sold in a week. Victoria was my negotiating agent, and she was superb at reassuring me in the lead up to the closing date. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, efficient and professional. The fees were transparent. I would recommend the westend branch for sales.

Very easy to raise any repairs or issues and they are dealt with very quickly and comprehensively with no fuss, this has been the case for the nearly three years I've been renting with them! Fernanda is a very responsive and helpful property manager!

Buying and selling houses is extremely stressful however Clyde Property were excellent with both selling our home (Stirling branch) and our purchase was through them also (Perth branch) this eased a lot of the stress. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. Extremely unprofessional. They booked a viewing for us and we travelled all the way from Edinburgh to Falkirk, only to be told the property had already been sold. No one informed us beforehand. When we called, they casually claimed they had “left a voicemail” — which is impossible because I don’t even have voicemail enabled. Completely dishonest and unacceptable behaviour.

The Stirling branch of Clyde could not have done enough for us. House went for sale on 22nd April and sold on 14th May. Initial meeting with Derek sold it for us. And the team in the branch were very professional, helpful and kind, especially Carol. Couldn't recomend them more highly. :-)

From beginning to end the process of selling with Nicola and Clyde Property was first rate. The house went up for sale with glowing pictures and many commenting on that. We had an offer which was accepted and although Missives went through at the 11th hour this was not an estate agent issue. We have moved and the couple living in our old house are delighted. Disappointing Experience – Concerns Regarding Communication and Clarity

My experience with this estate agent was disappointing.

I raised reasonable questions regarding the valuation and marketing of a property after identifying what I believed to be inconsistencies between the Home Report, previous sale history, the advertised number of bedrooms, and comparable local sales. Rather than receiving a clear and detailed explanation, I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed.

During a telephone conversation with the branch manager, I highlighted that the property was being marketed as a two-bedroom house due to attic access being via a non-standard staircase. This followed a previous sale description of the property as a three-bedroom home, which was later amended. The branch manager insisted however that the property was a three bed, then conceded the non-standard stairway aspect.

What concerned me most was the manner in which the conversation concluded. While discussing my position as a genuine buyer who had already submitted a formal offer, the call was ended abruptly. I found this to be discourteous and unprofessional.

As a prospective purchaser, I expected my queries to be handled in a respectful and transparent manner. Instead, I was left with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously.

I have since submitted a formal complaint and hope the company will provide a clear response and review its approach to handling customer concerns going forward.

Clyde Bearsden were efficient and helpful in a trying experience, not their fault I hasten to add. Many Thanks to Nicola and her colleagues for all their support

Recently sold my house using Clyde Property Stirling.
Highlight of the sale and biggest praise goes to Sophie Bechelli who secured the final sale price for me.
Ellen Bowker was also incredibly helpful and courteous.
I’m not going to name and shame but a couple of the ‘senior’ sales negotiators I initially dealt with were not particularly helpful and I felt pressured to accept advice which would not have led to a positive outcome.
Out of 25 viewings, I did all but 2 viewings. I think the best way to sell your property is by doing the viewings yourself- trust your own instincts when setting the asking price and never feel pressured into taking advice.

Apart from arranging for us to view the property, this estate agent did absolutely nothing to further the purchase of this property. They did not make the offer correctly and the whole process was so very slow, they had no sense of urgency. As we were moving from England to Scotland, we asked for advice but we're not offered any and just told to ask the housebuilder. A month after we had had our offer accepted, someone from the estate agency rang us to ask if we could validate our id. A bit late I would suggest. We have managed to buy the house but with absolutely no input from the estate agent.

From the first visit right through to the end every staff member was professional, helpful and friendly.
