I love the fact that my broker has multiple platforms available. I use MT4 for Forex and now CAP it ALL for trading stocks and Etfs. Can't beat Zero dollar trading with no commissions. The demo rocks!

I have been using the service for a year now and have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone. Other platforms I use are binance and Interactive Brokers.

There is much better brokers to choose from. I wouldnt recommend CMEG to anyone.

CMEG has delayed quote and execution problems. I've noticed that CMEG DAS Trader Pro has been having problems with delayed quotes in the pre-market trading as well as the regular session. It happened too many times. I would not recommend you trade the opening bell using CMEG or using its hotkeys to buy or sell the bid or ask price, but rather use the set limit price instead. If you try to buy limit at the bid price using a hotkey, once in a while the price that CMEG executed for you could be $0.5 higher than the top ask price. Way out of range. It happened with low volume stocks as well high momentum stocks. I thought CMEG programed its platform to make extra money from its traders, but I was not too upset thinking that it's an offshore broker and I expected to get this kind of services. But as time passed, the delayed quotes and executions became unbearable. So, as of today I decided to switch back to TDA Thinkorswim. I will depart TDA again once my equity is high enough to allow me to join a reliable inshore direct access broker. I have problems using TDA trading the opening bell. I hope this helps you what you need to watch for if you decide to join CMEG. Another problem with CMEG is that they kept requiring traders to provide verification of the sources of funds that traders wired in, regardless of how long the traders have been trading with CMEG. All sensitive information are communicated via emails that could be easily intercepted by others. They will threaten you with account access restrictions if you fail to comply. In other words, they have the option of preventing you from having access to your money if they find the verification of the sources of fund does not meet their requirements.

I've noticed that shares will be showing for one price on CMEG and a higher price at the same time on other platforms like Lightspeed I've had issues more than once with delays in my wire transfer getting to my trading account but as of 11/15/21 they are giving 3 new options to wire to.

I’m surprised to see negative reviews here . I have never had an issue with CMEG. I get my money on time , good customer service , and the platform has not crashed once on me. I recommend it if you know how to trade . Commissions are high , but that’s the price you pay to avoid PDT.

I’ve sent my funds on 9-4-2021. They say please liaise with your bank but my bank says they’ve sent the funds. I mailed them again and same response it’s 9-27-2021 still nothing. Useless customer support

Cmeg has lost my money, on 8/17/2021 I have sent a transfer to my new broker to CMEG, until today nothing has arrived respectively happened. Every attempt to get customer service at CMEG to take action and find my funds fails.
I have the feeling that there is a big customer scam going on.

I was thinking of signing up with them, so i go to the chat to ask them some questions, and they cant even adress my question properly, i.e. i ask:
"i wanted to know, are u guys registered with FINRA ?"
and she answers me by sending: "Hi Shner Yes, please click on the link below to view regulatory fees."

my guess is either that im talking to a bot, even after supposedly waiting for an agent to connect, or that their english is so bad that they cant comprehend nothing.

CMEG lost my money. I had a relative send the international wire because my bank, Ally, doesn't offer international wire service. What CMEG doesn't tell you in their wiring instructions is that they will not apply the money to your account unless the wire came from an account in your name even if you include your CMEG account number. They said they would return the money within 10 days. That was on 8/05 and today is 8/25 and I have no idea where my money is. Every time I try to contact customer service they automatically close my ticket before I have time to answer. I opened a ticket on Thurs 8/19 they responded on Fri. 8/20 asking for the sending bank Swift code. Before I could call the bank on Monday they closed my ticket on Sun. 8/22. Now I have to start over AGAIN. Be careful.

UPDATE: The day after I posted this review the money showed up in my account. It was sent on 8/3 and credited on 8/26. I don't know if this review is what inspired them to get right but my issue was finally resolved.

This company is in Trinidad and Tobago. To deposit you have to do it in a bank in Australia. I sent a transfer to credit my account and supposedly it has been lost, this company CMEG indicates that they have not received it, however I have not had any refund in my local bank. They ignore the claim and say that I claim in my own bank, however, in my bank they say that the money was sent correctly. I have read other reviews where people indicate that they have problems making withdrawals. Besides that they have practically stolen my money, they charge the highest commissions in the market, approximately US $ 10 for each transaction, for each short you have to pay US $ 25, if the stock is available (Almost no stock is available for shorts) monthly you have to pay US $ 160 to use your system. The worst thing is that they have stolen my money, I have been requesting my money back for a month and they respond with pure evasion, and there is practically no one to complain with because no one regulates it. It is a scam company and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

The commissions and the monthly fees are very high. I am a warrior trading student so I have the discount. The customers service is not great but not bad. I haven't withdrawn any money so i will write another review soon.

Discussing Fees. I am fully profitable but my profits went to commissions. I made 3215 in 7 days and 2514 went to commissions. If you want to day trade you better off saving 25k if your from the united states.

The Capital Markets Elite Group got my money, I've transfer by Trasferwise and they don't give my money back. I'm trying since August to withdraw my money, and by each month that passes they get 90$ from my money. The company support is really bad. I advise everybody to do not work with this broker.

Thank you for giving a review for this platform. I was looking to give it a try but now hearing the challenges you had I'm going to pass and stick to the three day trades.

Horrible exit executions. If you are a day trader and need to get out of trades quickly when a trade is not going your way, CMEGs exit execution speed will eventually separate you from your capital. If you are a pattern day trader, don't even bother going to an offshore broker. You need the $25k to start with Lightspeed or you will start off at a huge disadvantage.

I really do not like to be writing because there are things that happen in life. I am a warrior trade.com student and many colleagues talk about this broker. platform is fine, but customer service is very poor

So far am quite disappointed. I always hear about CMEG from different people recommending it as a super good broker. However, their customer service is pathetic. I applied for an account over two weeks ago. They said it would take 3-5 days for approval, its over two weeks now and nothing...not even update from them have I heard. I emailed them yesterday, they have not responded till now Monday at 10:30am. Am highly doubting them and I might not even proceed with them.

1. The fees are outrageous. 2.5 / round that's $5 PER TRADE plus volume
2. The customer service is an absolute joke. They barely know english and they barely know their job, I asked for a withdrawal, I asked for basic stuff which a brokerage should handle. I had to wait hours on the phone to just getahold of someone who was barely competent to just forward my requests to a competent person.
3. On top of the $5 / trade fees, they charge another $125 for software, they advertise $99 dollars, but they later declare that oops, you also got market data fees. Even though you can NOT trade options for example.
4. $60 withdrawal fee, which they said : "we have to pay this to the bank". Ye sure. a domestic wire, $60..
5. When I declared that I'll close the account because of the fees, on the 28.03 I asked them NOT TO renew the software. They said ok, I won't have to pay for.

I waited 20 long days, for the withdrawal, I asked them what's going on???, They NEVER wrote anything to give me a heads up that there's a problem with the form. They said, oops, No Swift code for the withdrawal, I told them the Swift code, even though I asked them to do a wire, which is cheaper.

And after they updated the SWIFT code, they RE-initiated the withdrawal with the Software fee debited, Even though I closed the account at the beginning of the month and I declared that I don't want to pay for the fee.

The software from Sterling is decent. They are good Market Data Vendors.
But CMEG as a brokerage is an absolute failure on the part of services.

DO NOT deal with them. If you want to do offshore brokerage trading, open an account at tradezero. They are cheaper and they have livechat.

UPDATE: They finally paid me out PARTIALLY.
at 7th May. I've settled with $95.70. They paid out $80. Exactly 80. They just straight up bargained their way out.
They also peddled back the $125 software fee.

One of their customer service representatives told me, they can't waive the Banking fee, but they can waive the Software fee, and the other one told me the exact opposite, waiving the Banking fee but they can't waive the software fee.

They are a shady business and they will do everything they can so that most of YOUR money, will go into the brokerages pockets. They will try to have a hook on you.
