If I could give zero stars, i would. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They are completely unreliable, we booked a round trip to newark airport from Manhattan. The bus from the airport never showed up, we waited for more than 2 hours (mind you, they say buses to/from the airport run every 45 min) and we were freezing cold, there were families with infants waiting in the cold as well, in the end we had to take a cab to town because otherwise we would have slept there.
Do not waste your money and choose another company. They are the worse

This last weekend I had taken a fast trip From Rockford Illinois to Dyersburg Tennessee for a funeral. I had gotten a one way ticket from Rockford To Nashville through Greyhound and was totally frustrated and highly disappointed and knew I wasn't going to come back home the same way. So when deciding my return trip I had taken the Amtrak to Chicago and got Vangalder / Coach USA Bus from Chicago to Rockford. I Really wish they went farther trips I really liked Vangalder bus ride WAY BETTER THEN GREYHOUND!!!! Very Roomy, Great Friendly Bus driver! And When You Got to Rockford they Actually a have A List of Taxis in the Area in case you don't have a ride to pick you up. I was Very Pleased With there service all the way around!!!

Shady company. Can’t buy 1 way ticket on 351 express. One was price is same as round trip. Avoid and take no transit.

On 8/3/21 I and a number of other people were waiting for 2 hours for the 24 bus at broad street and east Jersey street. In that 2 hour period not one south bound bus came, not one!!!! 70+ year old LADIES waiting for hours on a bus that MIGHT show up and is ABSOLUTELY NEVER ON TIME or even close to it isn't very good for your reviews,business, and the opinion the public has for your company and service. When I called the office on 1st street to complain the following day alllll I got for my effort was an unanswered phone call and the runaround from the automated prompts and a hangup, you don't seem to value the riders who pay your salary or the protocols of decency when you've been charging people money for rides during the lockdown in this PANDEMIC and you weren't getting charged ANY MONEY to use njt bus routes that I know you lease from them. Njt wasn't charging money for rides so why were you guys? It's disgusting and borderline criminal behavior and I'm calling for an investigation into your revenue streams and the conduct of your company and employees, particularly your drivers. Try to correct this attitude and problem BEFORE an investigation is launched and I promise you it will be. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awful, missed my flight because of their incompetence

I was at the designated stop at the right time and bus never arrived. Found out bus had stopped but must have departed early. Called them to report that bus departed earlier, they said they did a "further investigation" not sure how they didnt figure out that the bus departed earlier. I will never use their services again. They are unrelaible and will not acknowledge their lack of costumer service.

Can’t say that all their bags are great quality but overall experience with them is satisfactory.

App and website have different information. Called customer service and was transferred around to 4 different numbers, hung up on, give numbers that had nothing to do with what I wanted, was transferred to random states' coach lines, and I eventually had to give up and take a gamble on which source of information was correct. Worst customer experience ever.

I have been a loyal customer of Coach over three decades. I recently complained about a shipment taking forever and was accused of choosing "delayed ground shipment" OMG! Has some new wacko management taken over Coach? No refund as per requested and no relief suggested. This over a $36 wallet. What if I purchased a $600 purse?

I ordered two purses for Christmas. One came, I didn’t like so I shipped it to Florida. The other which is the actual gift, is on the way. Even though it was guaranteed to be here BEFORE Christmas. It’s Christmas Eve and we’ll, NO present for my sis. She won’t fuss however, Coach shouldn’t guarantee products will be delivered by any date if they don’t know that for sure. For the time I continuously checked for updates I should be compensated. I called twice and was told just last week that it would definitely be here by 12/24. Well, it’s 11:01 and the last rep I spoke to couldn’t tell me when but it would be delivered. I’m going out of town and don’t want packages sitting on my front porch while I am gone. I have never purchased a Coach purse and I will never again. Part of my hopes my sister doesn’t like it so I can send it back,m; that’s just how disgusted I am with the company.

I purchased a bag 22 days ago as a gift ( online)! AND YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT IS OUT OF STOCK!AFTER 3 WEEKS! AND the worse part is they send me 5 emails everyday promoting the same item but at a higher price! Never saw anything like that in my whole life (72)AND Coach is supposed to be a high-end company with HUGE profit margins. Unbeliavable!

Just ordered my 3rd bag from coach. Absolutely in love. However, I feel like the customer service can improve.

I called tonight regarding changes to my order and spoke to Jed employee number 72021. After he refused to cancel my order he became extremely disrespectful towards my religion and hung up on me twice. After calling back a second time for steps on filing a complaint he stated “use the two things in your head that God gave you to find it” and hung up again. I take my spirituality very seriously and this deeply offended me to my core. I made this order as a treat for my birthday and it is completely ruined by this interaction. I can only hope that this interaction isn’t a representation of the values and equality that Coach stands for. I am requesting a supervisor call me back so I can issue a formal complaint of discriminatory practices conducted by a Coach employee

1 star is one to many. The bus service is awful. When they do show up, they are usually late. There can be as many as 30 people standing and waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. If you have other commuting options, take them instead. Just awful

Today I took a bus from tower center due to social distancing had tags on chair which is fine due to e pandemic.
However eight seats behind the driver had it while the passengers are in the back with seat tags for social distancing. Why?

A passenger from 42st and 1st Avenue asked if the the heat can be lowered and the driver totally ignored her.

A passenger ask if the heat can be lowered passenger was told to go in the back. There were no reason that was given why the heat was up.

They’re a horrible bus line. I had to wait over 60 minutes for a bus 24 or 44 to be specific. Then when I attempted to reach out to their customer service line. It was almost impossible to get someone that could help answer your questions. I was tossed from one number to the next. However, when I finally got a number that would provide some information they were not that useful or helpful. I informed the dispatcher how long I had to wait for a bus to arrive. His only reply was that one was on it’s a in a few minutes. I then asked why were they late? His reply was there was a lot of traffic.

They are truly disgraceful.

Staff at the ticket windows are awful and don't care about the customer. And the buses are always late.

Its unclear whether the line for tickets is for each window or one line feeding all of them. Customers on the single line are always confused and frustrated by people who "cut" the line. It is up to the staff to provide clarity and they just sit there, smug. Almost like they enjoy watching people get frustrated. It's a horrible experience. I pray another bus company starts up! I will take them over coach any day.
