I use the one at Westbrook in Warrington. Francesca the pharmacist is incredible I was recently trying to buy a decongestant but she refused to sell it to me stating that one of my medical conditions would not allow me to take it. She was being discrete what she meant was that I suffer from BPH and the decongestant would have strangled my prostate and the neck of my bladder - so she not only educated me but she probably saved my life or at least saved me from some agonising pain 😃

As always, really poor service from the Cohens Chemist in Backwell. Everything is too much trouble for the staff there. They always want you to come back later. They never want to help anyone! There is always a reason why they can’t give you your medicine.

We moved to this chemist for delivery but in all honesty absolutely awful, telephone manner of some of them are not helpful and rude, not interested in trying to help at all. The only thing that keeps this place going is the delivery driver who isn't 21, but will smile and say hello, this was cohens chemist at mere lane, Liverpool

Don't know who you are hiring in the church lane one but a new girl absolutely disgusting and rude only asked for a prescription and as she is looking making loud breath noises out of her mouth if you can't be bothered looking don't come in the other female staff are excellent just this one with a bad attitude it stinks

Told by my doctors to attend Cohens for Coved shot between 15.30 & 16.30, did so and was told to attend after 14.00 following day (28/04/26), did so and was told I needed an appointment or I could wait. Why was I not given an appointment the previous day or told I would have to wait.

My local cohens chemist in the station lane doctors surgery in Featherstone customer service is awful. When you go into the pharmacy the staff never even acknowledge you. I understand they maybe busy at time but today for example, I am the only person I the queue waiting. 4 minutes I stood at the till , just waiting for the 4 workers ( including the pharmacist) to acknowledge me. It is not only courteous to acknowledge someone when they are waiting but it is also professional & polite. Just a quick , hi , we are just busy at the moment , will be with you soon! It’s is always the same. It’s convenient, to use this branch due to my work & home being within the same drive. I do not feel I should use another store just to experience common decency.

The staff at Cohens Chemist at Firsway Sale are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble.
Our medication which is quite a lot is always on time, everyone is very helpful.
My husband and I can’t thank you enough for all you do for us.

Again informed i was not fitting the criteria after a 6 hour wait despite me know that i do and an up to date knowledgeable pharmacy confirmed i was eligible within the first minute and said book an appointment which i have i will be having no further dealings with a pharmacy which isnt up to speed on things. the excessive number of negative reviews on trustpilot only confirms my descision to have nothing further to do with cohens

Cohens Milford Haven branch: Their service has deteriorated over time. In fact, The service of late has been appalling on the last few visits. I will write about my most recent visit on Tuesday 7th April 2026. On arrival at the store there was a large queue and work was being carried out on the lighting. On arrival at the counter I asked for my repeat prescription and gave my name and address. The assistant then proceeded to sift through the stack of prescriptions which seem to be in no particular order. She couldn't find it and went to the computer and started asking me if I had received certain meds, I told her that I had received nothing but had followed their recommended procedure of ordering 7 days in advance (online) She could not find that on the screen and ventured off to another computer with the Pharmacist. She then went through the stack of prescriptions again. and then gave me my meds. This process took 10 minutes and while this was going on the queue got even longer because no member of staff had the foresight to serve them whilst they were searching for my meds. The staff were at the back of the store looking "busy" I told the assistant that Cohen's system does not work very well. She said that it does as I have found your meds, they were filed under Mr instead of my forename. I had given her my full name and address. I repeated that the system did not work for the above mentioned reasons. All through this the pharmacist looked on from a distance with an inane grin on his face. Needless to say I have now switched pharmacists. Cohens are supposed to have installed a paper free system which is still bogged down with paperwork.

The worst pharmacy ive ever used, utter refusal to admit their mistakes or know how to solve basic problems.
1. Wrote down incorrect phone number after i confirmed it and so did my mother seperately!
2. Claimed they couldnt find my building so just left and didnt tell me even tho im disabled and rely on pescription dropoff
3. Took me off delivery and kept my pescription for days without telling me
4. Have costed me about £50 in fees getting this delivered to my flat
abhorrent clueless staff avoid at all costs

Hinckley/Once again I am very disappointed with…
Once again I am very disappointed with my experience at Cohens Chemist.
Shocking service! The staff behaving very unprofessional.
They charged me for two boxes of my medications but I received only one. Obviously they blamed a doctor. They expect me to go and request another prescription and pay again! Last year was a similar situation. I was prescribed 2 boxes of my medications and I received only one because of the stock shortage. When I came a second time to collect my missing medication they wanted to charge me once again!!! Even after I showed them my receipt.
There is something cunning going on... Do no go there! Avoid at all costs Cohen Pharmacy in Hinckley!

Just changed to here from a different chemist.
Bone idle is the word I would use.
They got my prescription but still not made up when called to collect it this afternoon.
Told them I’d be back on Monday let’s see if it’s done then.
The pharmacist looked dozy & couldn’t be bothered.
Heard few similar stories about the Haslingden branch. Not sure why they bother going to work.

I’ve been a customer at the branch at Mowbray Square Harrogate since it first opened. However, I’ve found the service increasingly lacking to a point where patient welfare and care are put in jeopardy. I have a repeat prescription for which I have to have a specific brand due to having an allergy to milk. This allergy is listed in my medical records and on my prescription notes yet every time this is ignored. The staff have blatantly lied to my face and told me that they can’t order specific brands in which I know to be a lie as I have family in pharmacy. They have utterly ignored the note stating it must be teva brand despite having the stock in the back after I’ve demanded it be changed, this has happened multiple times! Instead of not making that part of the prescription up they constantly make it up with the wrong brand. If I wasn’t so attentive to my brands of medication this could kill me. I have no trust in this branch and no trust in your company moving forward. Allergies are life threatening, full retraining for all members of staff including the pharmacists signing off on the prescriptions is clearly needed as this could prove fatal.
Disgusting customer service and staff are rude especially when I pay for my prescriptions
