Disappointed
Dear Customer Service Team,
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no option given our recent experience.
We purchased two items— the Livia TV stand and a cabinet— which we were very much looking forward to receiving. While the cabinet arrived in good condition, the TV stand was delivered damaged.
We reported the issue just before Easter over two weeks ago and understood there might be some delay in response times. However, since then, communication has been slower than expected, and the resolution offered has been disappointing. We were advised to attempt repairing the damage ourselves using wood filler and a YouTube video, which was never provided. For furniture at this price point, this does not feel like an appropriate or acceptable solution.
I am simply requesting a straightforward resolution. Please arrange a replacement for the damaged TV stand. If that is not possible, I would expect an alternative solution that is reasonable and reflects the value of the product.
I work with clients daily myself, and I have to say this level of service falls short of expectations, which is disappointing.

A great first experience with COKU
I recently purchased the Cora dining table from COKU and couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. As a first-time customer, I was really impressed with the entire experience — from the initial purchase and regular updates, to the delivery and handover with their delivery partners, AIT, and the after-sales support. Whenever I had questions, the COKU team responded quickly and were incredibly helpful, which really shows how much they value their customers. I would definitely shop with COKU again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I’m absolutely in awe of both my dining table and the exceptional service from Coku. From the very start, their communication was outstanding—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond at every step, showing incredible patience and care, which made the whole experience feel truly personal.
Steve, in particular, was incredible. He really took the time to listen, understand exactly what I wanted, and made everything happen seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble—he was proactive, reassuring, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Truly a gem and a huge asset to the company.

Poor customer service
I received my order while away , my son opened it and the quality was so poor . Sent pictures to the company via email they agreed it was poor quality. Offered me alternatives but still yet to respond regarding returning this. I can’t get anyone to answer me and the 30days is fast approaching !
Please don’t use them I never complain but it’s expensive!

Rocky Start - Strong recovery.
There was an issue initially with our delivery not reaching the courier, which meant a missed delivery day — frustrating at the time as I had taken the day off.
However, once raised, the team responded quickly and handled it very well. A replacement Prisma dining table was arranged and delivered promptly, with no charge for the morning delivery slot.
The courier was friendly, communication improved, and most importantly the table itself is excellent — very pleased with the quality and finish.
Overall, a rocky start but a strong recovery, which says a lot.

We ordered a lovely oak round table from Coku Home in preparation for our new extension and we are so pleased with it! Everyone who comes to our home sees the dining table and comments on how beautiful it is. I ordered the table and requested delayed delivery which was no problem and they contacted me the week before to ensure that everything was still convenient. The customer service has been excellent with responses to any queried within 24 hours.
There was some damage on the table, which again was rectified very swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending Coku Home as they clearly care about customer satisfaction.

Coku quality and great value
I was a bit dubious about buying a table online but I absolutely had no need to be. We ordered an oak top table with metal legs ( called Ida !) which was absolutely beautiful, great care was taken in not only making this table but in the careful packaging of it and the timely delivery. The whole process from ordering to receipt of the table was very straightforward . It is absolutely beautiful true craftsmanship and great value for money. Assembly was very straightforward with clear instructions, all the necessary bolts, washers and Allen keys were provided. What a great guy Steve at Coku is, kept us informed the whole time, genuinely felt that he cared which is very unusual in the day and age. The delivery company were great as well, arrived on time, very pleasant guys.
