for their outstanding service in handling my medical negligence claim
against the NHS. After a botched appendix operation left me in and out
of hospital for over a year, it was eventually discovered that not all
of my appendix had been removed – a shocking oversight that seriously
impacted my health and quality of life.

supportive and professional. His expertise and dedication ensured that
I received the best possible advice and access to top medical
consultants to support my claim. David guided me through every stage
of the process with care and clarity, making a very difficult time

Although I had my Will with another company in Poole, it needed urgent updating so much so that I decided to get a new Will. I spent much time investigating various companies and reading reviews which resulted in meeting with Marie Harder at the Poole office. Marie was excellent and answered all my questions and suggested a Trust for my daughter who suffers with a serious mental health condition. I was going into hospital in the next 2 weeks so need my new Will and Trust quickly. Again Marie worked with me to get both finished on time. We’ve not had a lot of dealings with solicitors and it can sometimes feel a bit daunting but we felt very at ease. From the very friendly receptionist we were put at ease. Our solicitor was very professional but not off putting. The whole process of making our wills was explained and completed in a very efficient way.
