Just had our garden fence replaced. The procedure from quote to installation was very good. Installers Gareth & Jarrad phoned ahead to give me an ETA and once on-site kept me updated at every step. They were very helpful and courteous throughout. Very pleased with the installation. Would not hesitate to recommend the company and the installers.

Having had fencing erected just under 2 years ago I decided to redesign my garden and one fence panel needed to be re-sited. I asked Colourfence if they could do this and an appointment was made to visit so that a quote could be given. This appointment was cancelled, as was the next, and on the third arranged visit I was told that a quote would be sent within 2 days. 2 weeks later, after my e.mail and a telephone call, the quote arrived and although it looked expensive, I needed the panel moved so I accepted it it and made an appointment fir the work to be done. This appointment was cancelled, as was the next, and just before the third appointment, I received a phone call to say that the morning appointment would have to be delayed until the afternoon. Luckily the engineer arrived at 11am so I was not inconvenienced too much. As the original quote showed only the total cost, I requested an invoice showing a breakdown of charges and was amazed that the installation cost, excluding any posts or cement, amounted to £450 and this was just for 55 minutes work and excluded vat. Although the quality of the fencing and the work of the engineers is very good, I cannot recommend the after sales service nor the charges they make.

Having been in communication with Steve Brown (at Climar) I am updating my rating to 3 stars. He has explained the reasons for the high charges and is prepared to reduce the charge because of a misunderstanding. However, although there were reasons for each of the postponements, I still feel that the service provided cannot warrant a higher rating.

We have recently had some fencing done in our garden and from the out set we were very impressed with the service and product. There was no hard sell, no pressure to buy. On the day of the installation the fitter Al was on time, he was both polite and courteous and worked tirelessly. He continually checked with us through out the day to ensure we were happy at all times. We would happily use Colour Fence again and highly recommend them.

Harry arrived at the expected time. He was polite, friendly and explained what he'd do and what it would look like as there was a teeny slope. On completion the work was exactly as I'd imagined and no trace left behind. Neat and tidy. Lovely job. Well done Harry. Also like to thank Richard, being on the end of the line. Would definitely recommend this company.

They have just finished doing our fencing and we can’t praise them enough for everything they did - answered all our questions, worked really well, very polite, happy smiling faces.
No damage to any plants can’t fault them in any way, would definitely have them back if we ever want anything else done.

Good communication and excellent products at a fair price. There was an unexpected delay in delivery but the supplier arranged a special weekend delivery at no extra cost so the fencing arrived as soon as possible. Very pleased with my choice 😀

I recently has a new fence and side entrance gate installed by Colourfence.
The finished fence and gate look fantastic and has made a real difference to my garden. I am so pleased with the product and the installation.
The installers, Will and Alfie, were two hard working young men and I can't speak too highly of them. They worked tirelessly in really appalling weather, without complaining, to get the job done. They were both very polite. They are a credit to the Colourfence company.
They answered all my questions and also offered good advice as well. They tidied up at the end of each day they worked on my fence, before leaving.

We had fence installation done by Sebastian & his team from Harrow branch. Sebastian took advance however we had to keep chasing him for installation as he was out on holiday. The team did good work, however did put us in trouble when they declined to remove the ivy growing along the old fence border and we had to get someone else on a weekend to do the work. Sebastian included concrete slabs in his quote as the neighbour's garden was lower then ours however he did not buy/use the concrete slabs. Also the quote was higher and included extra fence which I realised later, so ended up paying more. Do note, these fences are available in B&Q at a cheaper price, so if you can get good installers it would cost much less. The installers were good however they did not clean the house when they left, as they removed the old fences creating a mess. Would recommend you get these fences from B&Q and get a good installer, as they are easy to install with basic knowledge.

Harry arrived early explained tbe awkwatc position and told us what he would be doing, he even went next door to explain to my neighboor about joining up to their existing colourfence. He was a skilful, neat and tidy worker, explaining as he went along and gave me confidence in the work he was doing.

Having received my two year Installation Warranty I thought it was an opportune time to review my new ColourFence installation. Having extended my garden boundary I needed over 50 metres of new fencing and fully expected to be erecting a wooden fence. However two home owners in the village recommended ColourFence and to cut a long story short erecting ColourFence was the best decision ever from start to finish. The actual fence erection was completed by approved installers namely Harry and Conner with Gareth and Jarrad helping out for a day to get the job done. All worked extremely hard (some of the fence posts holes involved digging through five inches of concrete) but Harry was exceptional. Nothing was too much for him. He organised the team and at the same time kept me fully updated. I am delighted with the end product which looks wonderful and most importantly is maintenance free!

I am very fortunate to have found such an excellent source of top-quality gates for my newly purchased house in Cardiff. ColourFence installed three gates for me: 2 with secure locks and one with a magnetic latch. I am so thrilled with the top quality of the gates that come with a 25-year product warranty!! The installers, Gareth and Jarrod, were very efficient and did a top-quality job. They worked very efficiently and completed the installation ahead of the allotted time.
I would highly recommend them for best quality Gates, I'm now thinking of updating my fence, too, down the road with them.

The colourfence product is amazing, my fence was fitted by Harry, Gareth and Jarrad they were so good never stopped working from morning to evening, nothing was too much trouble, the end result was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Second time they worked at our house. The first time - early in 2024 - it was a garden fence & gate. Excellent job, and very pleasing to look at. Secure gate, which can be locked.
This time (yesterday) it was a large, rectangular raised bed/garden box. Not as high as a fence, but they incorporated their fence as part of the design.
Fantastic work, and with same guarantees as the fence.
The 2 fitters (Gareth & Jarrad) were pleasant, friendly, helpful and quick. They made a sensible suggestion before they started, which enhanced the box and made it more usable, as my original idea/plan was slightly too high to reach into it.
All in all a great 2 x jobs, and I would highly recommend the Company - and Jarrad and Gareth (they also were in the team that fitted my original fence)
