I first met sophie following my wedding back in 2014 after I fancied a change to my hair colour... if only I had met her before!!! Sophie’s expertise is second to none and she really is at the top of the hairdressing game. Sophie has always been honest with what look is achievable with my hair (which hasn’t always been what I wanted to hear!) but I can honestly say I trust her and her team 100% to achieve a look that I love! The whole of the CMSB team are so friendly and down to earth that I genuinely look forward to my time spent in the salon being looked after and eating cake! Coming from someone who had built up a fear of visiting the salon chair due to so many botched blonde ‘do’s I would recommend to anyone to visit the salon and have a chat with sophie and her team about creating the look that you want knowing they will give you honest and realistic advice based on your hair.

Please do not end up distraught and in tears like I have been. My once really long hair, has had to be cut into a long bob. After having to have 6/8 inches of over processed, frazzled hair cut off. The owner didn't strand test my hair and obviously left the chemicals on too long, hence my hair thats just been breaking off. The girls working there are lovely but how the owner has dealt with my complaint, is simply just not good enough. I'm now having to go to a external mediator to take things further, as the salon has washed their hands of me. Very bad hairdressing practices and very bad customer service, when something goes wrong. I have tried to leave reviews on Facebook etc and they keep blocking me, when all I'm doing is telling the truth and trying to help others, avoid this happening to them. You can't trust reviews, if the owner is only allowing the good ones and blocking anyone else who doesn't leave positive feed back. I'm so upset about my hair it was my best feature and now its going to take years to grow back and the owner will not even give me a full refund. I've literally spent £300/400 in this salon and a a further several hundred pounds on lotions, potions, hair vitamins, extensions, salon treatments. Do not risk your own hair!
