Got my table before Christmas as promised, great service.
Guys provided an assembly at no cost.
Surprised and will use in the future.

I am so happy with my purchase. Really love my new dining table and sofa. Good price + quality+costumer service. Will recommend to all my friends.

The first bed I wanted wasn't available, but guy on the phone suggested me almost the same one, so... Delivery was great, they called me a day before, and assembled everytihing. They didnt take any boxes with them, and that's what they don't do. However, can't complain! Free assembly was great.

I am very happy with Comfyco services, delivery and the attention of the customer service staff.

Buyers out there, do NOT waist your time. This is the first time in my life I write a review and if there is a minus I would give them a minus on their customer service! I ordered a dining set, server and coffee tables from the website :

The product is ok, it is very close to what the pictures show on the website, except for the fact that the inside, underneath and behind the major areas, nth is finished. I did not mind this since the table top and server major areas were finished.
You will be shocked though how poor their customer service is and how UNPROFESSIONA their communication is.
They guaranteed to deliver and assemble my items, which were over 2k. When the items arrived, I had to talk to three people before the delivery guys accepted to assemble the pieces. They assembled the table and wanted to leave. Then, I asked them to assemble the chairs. They did and then wanted to leave. I almost begged them to assemble the rest of the items; the server and the coffee tables.they were extremely rude. I found two brown spots on two chairs and they saw the spots and told me to call Comfyco and they will get them replaced. The top drawer in the server didn't open as well. It just doesn't open. When I called to get these defects taken care of the manager told me that these defects are invisible and that it is ridiculous that the drawer doesn't open! I sent him pictures and called him over three time without any intention to get this matter resolved. He said that they are more than 200 miles away and that it is not possible to get these items replaced. I told him that I will make sure to write my review on the website and he literally told me " we moderate these reviews"
Go to their website and look for bad reviews and please read them!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!

In a market where most furniture retailers lie, Comfyco left a nice impression. They told me honestly they don't know exact date where my product would be delivered, but named approximate times. It was delivered in about a week, and delivery crew provided assembly at no cost. I am in NJ. Great company overall.
