I found this company on Instagram, visited their showroom which is one of the best I've been too. I was that impressed with the quality, I ordered the mini Ambassador. The bed was delivered within 2 weeks. Communication was excellent and the company a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.

it definitely looked difficult at the start but i’ve no clue how to build beds but i had lovely support from one of the workers who texted me on what was what and now my bed is built it looks great! :)

I visited comfy sleep home about two weeks ago when looking for a bed. I searched multiple shops and didn’t find anything I liked until I came across their Instagram page. I was told my bed would be ready within a week (other places said 4 weeks) but they managed to get it made in a couple days!! It’s exactly how I wanted it, the colour, fabric, size, all of it! Buying my mattress from there is probably one of the best choices I’ve made, it was so cosy! The team went the extra mile to ensure I was given the best service. I was given regular updates and owner/manager Muavia even went out of his way to pop into my place and assemble the bed! 10/10 service, product and price. Shout out Comfy Sleeps Home! Extremely happy :)

I bought a king size wingback bed / ottoman with a mattress. This was delivered within the 3 week timescale. Great quality and no problems at all.

Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Here’s my experience..
I ordered the Nina Wingback bed on the 9th June and didn’t get it until 20th July. This is after a chain of lies and errors by both Comfysleeps home and the SGK delivery service that they use.
My bed ended up in someone else’s house for weeks and I was continuously told different stories of my bed’s whereabouts.
First they tried to deliver me the wrong bed, then my bed ‘wasn’t loaded into the van correctly’ , then ‘my bed was delivered to someone else’, then after being told that ‘my bed had been remade and was in transit’ to then being told ‘it hasn’t been remade yet’… the list goes on and on. Then I was just rudely told you can just have a refund. Which obviously wasn’t what I wanted after waiting almost 2 months for it to arrive.
During this time I had to sleep on the floor at 5 months pregnant of which they knew.
Also there is excess glue all over the inside storage part of the bed and the handle is totally off centre on the ottoman storage box as well. The quality control is clearly non existent.
The person who responds to their messenger service replies like a stroppy teenager with terrible customer service and the manager Adam hasn’t responded to my complaint email as of yet which I sent on 29th July so I felt compelled to write a review on trust pilot.
Now I understand mistakes are made but this was just far too many and it’s the customer service that really upset me.

The Somnus bed I ordered was of very poor quality and damaged. I sent photos of the quality issues and damages and spoke to the reception team who promised to resolve the matter. Two weeks on and I have not been able to get through by phone, e-mail or any other means. I left numerous voice messages but none of them have been returned - clearly I am being avoided. A complete waste of time and money.

I was worried that the bed wasn’t going to come in time due to the bank holiday. Company reassured me that it would turn up before the set date and did! The build quality of the bed is superb! Better than anything you get from the “Big players” such as dreams dfs...
delivery of the bed the driver was super nice! Overall very satisfied with the experience given to us from comfy sleeps!

Great service from start to finish. Really easy to order, delivered within 10 days. We customised with extra height headboard, solid boards and matching buttons and all was as it was supposed to be. Bed is amazing!! Absolutely delighted with it.

Fantastic TV bed!!

I upgraded my bed to a TV bed, which was so easy to set up.
I had a slight fault with the box, but the team reacted so quickly to rectify the situation and my bed is working brilliantly.

Really happy with my purchase, definitely worth the money and the wait for it to be built.

This company needs more recognition, like many people was really sceptical buying online without seeing it but the best decision I've made in lockdown.. would really recommend and will be buying for my parents house soon.

absolutely in love with this bed! looks lush it’s everything i wanted in bed from a bed even down to the detail of the diamonds on the head board. also the service was great didn’t have to wait too long for my bed to arrive , will definitely be recommending to anyone who is looking for a bed !

My beds arrived today and i must say they are brilliant, high quality and very comfortable. The delivery took a few days which is very quick and the staff were all lovely. If you are looking to buy beds then comfy sleep home is the place to look. Highly recommended. 10/10

Great company, my wife and I ordered the Oxford wingback and it was the best choice we made, we had a huge selection of choices but I really liked this one, the delivery drivers were very helpful, and the person I ordered the bed of really helped me choose which one would match our room.
