My experience with Angie was absolutely phenomenal! She not only answered all my questions but by using her listening skills she was able to offer me the appropriate add on to my existing service. Finally she made sure I my nurses' number and her available times and the 24/7 customer service #. In addition to that she gave me the names of the night time nurses in the event I needed help. She's GREAT!!

Since I became involved with CW two things have happened. One, I am very diligent on taking my vitals. This info I can pass on to my primary. I also
now have established data pattern so I know when there is a deviation. Two, they do follow me and when they notice an abnormal deviation they contact me. I love having this 24/7 resource and someone to talk to if need be.

Have had a great experience with community wellness. They keep up with my health and provide me blood pressure machine and blood sugar monitor for checking my vitals every day. My coach Michelle calls once a month to check on me and my doctor's appointment s.
