Sam phoned me literally as soon as I had submitted the online form. She listened carefully to what I had to say as I have an 83 year old mother whose current boiler is circa 40 years of age.
Sam was knowledgeable and helpful and explained what would happen next.

Daniel was very helpful to arrange a date for a surveyor and took all the information needed. He organised for one of the companies to get in touch within a couple of hours. Very easy and helpful when you don’t know where to start.
