I had two scheduled telemedicine appointments with Concerto Care, both of which were complete no-shows.
The first appointment was scheduled for Monday (my day off), and I rearranged my schedule to accommodate it. There was no call, no notification, and no follow-up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following Monday—again adjusting my schedule.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened a second time. No call, no confirmation, no communication whatsoever.
This level of unreliability is extremely disappointing, especially when patients are expected to be available and prepared for their appointments. Respect for a patient’s time should go both ways.
I would strongly caution others before relying on this service.
