I would definitely recommend Concorde Blinds. From the moment the blinds were measured to when they were fitted, I had brilliant service. The lady who came to measure the windows was helpful, explaining everything. The blinds were delivered sooner that mentioned and the people who came to fit them were polite, all done very quickly with no mess and they look fantastic. Thank you so much as it is not very often you find a company who gives great service, with great products, from start to finish.

Overall the blinds are good, but the attention to small details would have been appreciated.
The blinds look lovely. The fitter didn't put covers/caps on the ends and we had to call to request this. The fitting looks unfinished as a result. Also, the screws the fitter used could have been better, so we will replace these ourselves.

We always prioritise using the correct fixings to ensure a safe and secure installation, as this is essential for long-term performance. Regarding the bracket covers, we apologise these were not fitted at the time — we’ll arrange to have this rectified for you as soon as possible.
In terms of the screws used, these are specifically selected to provide the most suitable and secure fixing. Once the bracket covers are in place, the screw heads will no longer be visible and the finish will look complete.

Amazing service from Concorde Blinds. From start to finish, we were advised on the correct blinds to go for when our initial choice wasn’t possible with our window type, ordering was super simple and communication from the team about delivery was great. Darren and Matty are brilliant at their job, fitting is perfect, no mess left at all, really nice guys who are willing to have a chat and answer questions whilst they work. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your recent order, it is never our intention.
Following our survey and quotation, the order was processed for a Wood Venetian Blind. Decorative tapes are an optional upgrade and were not included or specified within the quotation or order confirmation. The blind supplied and installed therefore matches the order that was agreed and signed off.
We always aim to ensure everything is clearly explained at survey stage and detailed on the quotation. Unfortunately, tapes cannot simply be added to an existing blind — they are part of the manufacturing process and would require a complete remake as a new order.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss further if required.

Gly screens smazing
Liam was a lovely lad fitted my fly screens lovely left no mess behind. Took a while yo be mare wgich is a good sign that there made well snd will last. The screens have z smooth action easy to use, for me ss someone eho is sevetly visuslly impaired I had to have domething easy yo use as these are. It will be do nice this summer to have the windows open and my front door as I had a screen door fitted to that for extra breeze. I bought them from another company but this compsny fitted them couldnt be hsppier
