There was a lot about this outfit that was convenient, I think customer support was exceptional in getting in touch with me ASAP and they went above and beyond when it came to working me in but here's the thing the takeaway that makes any and all of what I just wrote not really matter. When I was told that I needed another provider that provided more than virtual care I got deserted. I am a 54-year-old patient with severe hypertension and history of stroke and was recently in the hospital for stroke. Not taking your replacement therapy on a daily basis can cause severe hypertension on top of that exact same diagnosis that I already have. So when they told me that they would not desert me and would continue to give me my medication until I found another provider that better suited me and my needs, trust me when I say I was shocked when deserting me is exactly what they did! I have been going there for good over a year and being a health care facility you would think they would know the severity of not getting that medication with someone like me and my medical history would do! Not to mention I had built a relationship with my doctor that I thought I could trust! So much for that. They washed their hands of me after the first week of medication was written I made my next appointment and it was canceled by either my doctor or staff and I was told that they would be in touch and I never heard anything back. And when I attempted to get a hold of someone there and tell them my situation I received very cold responses when I received them at all. I went almost 4 days without medication and was lucky enough to find someone to treat me on an emergency basis after my blood pressure readings were averaging 185 over 105. so for any future patient prospects I would suggest that you take in what I said because if a person can wash their hands of you after getting to know you as a person so easily, is there any way YOU would be able to trust them 100%? I know I couldn't but the only experiences I tend to have are the ones that are learned the hard way! Lol. Don't make my mistake just learn from it. Thumbs down for this outfit.
