My order arrived promptly, in great condition, exactly as ordered. I have always had great service and have always been satisfied with the products from Connecting Threads.

I've ordered from Connecting Threads several times over the last few years and have always been happy with my fabric or whatever else I ordered. Even though I live in Canada, there's never been an issue. I make childrens quilts most of the time and if I had anything negative to say it would be that I'd love a bit more childrens designs but otherwise I've always managed to find lots of basics to choose from.

I had a wonderful first experience with Connecting Threads. I placed an order and it arrived just 14 days later. Got exactly what I had ordered. I will certainly order again! Thank you for the great service!

Customer service is excellent! I am always happy with the products and find the prices to be very fair. I had a problem with an item not being delivered - I had actually forgot about it and then realized it had been a month. When I looked up the transit information it was just stuck somewhere. They had a replacement sent via 2 day mail.

Love the quality and especially like the big spools.
