You may notice that (as of this moment) all the reviews rate this company at one (1) star, yet the "advertised" rating somehow gets to be two-point-one (2.1). So the banner rating is clearly misleading. Several reviewers mention that they would award a zero if it were a choice. Reader, take a hint ... walk away quickly.

On Nov. 12,2025 I placed an order for Super Absorbent Reusable Pet Pads. They confirmed my order and said they were getting my order ready to ship. I paid $37.33 total including shipping and shipping insurance. I never received this order. I tried to contact their website but it did not exist.

This company offered a product for $35, with a shipping charge of $8. Imagine my surprise when PayPal told me I would be charged $62 for the order! Needless to say, I bailed out at that point. My bank promptly called to tell me my card was suspended and to suggest that i call to discuss the transaction. I called. My card was promptly reinstated, the bogus claim was squashed, and I learned never to do business with Consciousonact. May you be as lucky as I was, and recognize the attempted theft before you click that last time.

I ordered my item on December 9th and still haven't received the product. The company does not reply to my emails. They keep sending fake notifications of where the product's current location is. Then last week I stopped getting notifications. I ordered through PayPal so luckily I got my money back through their buyer protection.

I would enter a 0 star if that was allowed! I ordered $200 worth of product. It wasn't what I expected in terms of how it was advertised. I asked how to initiate a return. They explained that the cost for me to ship it back would be significant, so they would like to offer me $16 to go away. I refused, so they offered me $20 to go away - 10% of what I paid? Unacceptable - no refund, no exchange! This is a terrible company to order from. Don't walk away, run!

I am having the same experience as everyone else. Ordered Solar powered numbers n October. Just received them yesterday. They were for my building and were supposed to be 9"h. they sent me AA battery powered ones that are 2.6"h. Order confirmation was $48.62 but they charged me $62.47. They have offered me $5 to make it right. This company is unethical.

I was charged about $15 more than my total should have been, which they did refund after I sent an email threatening to cancel the whole order. I thought these 'SOLAR' numbers were going to be like 6 inches tall, they are literally 2.5 inches tall and each one has a battery pack with a bundle of wire! NOT even solar! I ordered in mid Oct & received them in Dec. I sent an email asking how to return & get a refund and was offered a '$6 compensation as a sign of goodwill'! I bought through PayPal & will be involving them shortly.

I would put zero if I could. When I checked out the price was 48$ but it hit my card at 61$

Scam scam scam

I had the same problem as the other review. They say they sent the correct order but sent me a battery operated one. I paid 55.86 usd and they offered me 10.00 usd after much back and forward. I will try PayPal and see if they come to the party. I ordered on October and only received it today.

I want to leave a 0 but you can’t. I ordered SOLAR number lights to display my address at the end of my driveway. It took a month to get to me. I opened package to see they have sent me BATTERY powered lights instead. I contacted them to see if we can fix this. They responded with Solar was out of stock so they sent the Battery powered ones instead. They never asked me if that was ok because I would have said no thanks please refund me. Instead they shipped what they wanted and keep saying they sent the right product according to their SKU. You may have sent the right product from your SKU but not what I ordered then say it’s too expensive to ship and they won’t send me a label for return or give me my money back unless I pay out of my own pocket to return items. I went to PayPal and they were no help either. So now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want cause this experience has made me pretty mad.
