i wanted to order a TP-link HX220 unit. Website showed in stock but thought to check as have been caught out before. I called and was told they were in stock, so i placed my order. I received confirmation of order very quickly so thought all was good. Soon afterwards i received an email "Unfortunately, the item you ordered is no longer available from our supplier, and we have had to cancel and refund your order." what a waste of my time. I now have to wait 5 days for the refund to go through, AND. they are still showing this item as being in stock!!

Very poor service, ordered on 3rd May, I had to chase on Thursday 7th as no updates. Got told today there is no stock (14th May) but its still available on the website. Recommend buying elsewhere

Ordered an SSD showing as "in stock", the next day they cancelled the order and listed it as out of stock without explanation. Terrible experience.

I can't speak for the sales side of the business but for the IT recycling and asset disposal they are brilliant. Easy to use app, great tracking throughout the recycling journey with full reporting provided. Quick and easy collections make the process super simple.
Order an item that was in stock. Only to receive an email the following day saying they were unable to fulfil the order.
Seems their stock intake should be automated and not allow to purchase products if not in store.

I ordered a product from converge last Friday. By Monday I hadn't received any shipping information, when I checked, they didn't have any staff in at the weekend which is understandable but not ideal.
At 12pm on Monday I decided to check in with the chat, they told me that the suppliers hadn't given any information regarding the item. There was nothing when buying that suggested that it was a 3rd party item so I assumed it was in stock as that was how it was listed. When purchasing the delivery date was Tuesday and I was in a hurry for the item. The agent said that they would give the supplier a nudge but said it would probably be sent today, next day, so would be with me on Tuesday.
About 30 mins later I received an email saying that, in fact the item wasn't in stock and it would be back in stock probably on Thursday but that wasn't a guarantee. After I expressed my frustration the agent told me they would reach out and speak with supplier again and try and get a firmer date. Again I received another email and they told me the supplier had came back and said it could be anywhere between 3 and 24 months for it to come back in.
I again obviously told them that it wasn't alright and they came back and told me they would be cancelled the order as they are unable to fulfill it.
Throughout the emails, no accountability was taken, going as far to explicitly state "this is not the fault of us or the supplier".
I then phoned to leave a complaint and was phoned back by somone who explained the scenario. There is some justifiable volatility with this product but regardless of this, the converge are clearly ill equipped to deal with it.
- They should not be representing products as in stock when they aren't, especially when they are a 3rd party seller and don't have full control of stock levels
-They clearly have a manual stock system because A) I shouldn't have been able to by the product in the first place and B) I had to reach out after 3 working hours to trigger them to realise that the product isn't in stock.
-They couldn't even show basic levels of accountability, totally disregarding the above points and blaming the market. As a consumer, I am not interested in the shape of the market, once you accept my money, you have a responsibility to deliver the goods or service. Mistakes happen but they were trying to solve the wrong thing, the mistake was allowing me to spend money and not immediately rectifying it.
From what I was told on the phone, this is a common occurrence at the moment and they regularly cancel orders for the exact same reason. Continuing to offer this service is totally irresponsible.

I recently purchased a refurbished PC from Stone Refurb. and had a technical issue which was beyond my - limited - understanding. I was contacted by Christian of Converge, who very patiently and knowledgeably guided me through the steps to resolve it. Fortunately it was a very minor glitch, and the PC now functions perfectly. Very pleased with the service and thanks again to Christian who helped it all make sense.

And thirdly, over deliveries, they clearly stated not to bother them within 30 days of ordering. So based on my purchase experience, with this firm "You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?”
14 Month old Ipad having issues with charging, will only charge if cable in at certain angle. Stone Computers will not help. They state it is out of warranty and they will not follow UK Consumer law which covers products for 6 years. Took ipad to the apple store and they stated that the port is faulty and if it had been purchased from them they would have replaced for free. I phoned Apple regarding Stone computers and they stated that Stone Computers are acting illegally and that the fault can take 2 years to show up.

I recently purchased a new monitor from Converge because they had the best price. My order arrived quickly and was in good condition, with everything included. I was concerned at first since I had never heard of Converge, and it wasn't a cheap purchase, but it all worked out great. I'd recommend this shop.

Disappointed with my experience. Ordered a toner printer that was listed as 'in stock' on the website, only to receive an invoice the next day stating it was actually out of stock and on backorder. The order was cancelled and refunded without any prior communication or the option to wait for restocking. A courtesy call or email offering alternatives would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this was my first purchase from this company, and based on this experience, I won’t be ordering again.

Bought a desktop computer recently from stone converge for our business sports simulator. Technology and spec on computer was exactly as required and the customer service afterwards was impeccable. We had a couple of problems with our wifi connection card after delivery and STONE sent out an engineer within 1 day to fix any of the installation issues we had.
We are now looking at purchasing 2 more computers for our other simulators. Great company and great customer service because they obviously care about their customers. Thankyou to the team.

Absolute idiots, they lock down your bios and dont even give you the password to it, which is illegal as it's not your software 👍 on the verge of reporting them.

No real issues - good price and quick delivery.
Only minor thing was communication. I received three emails, two at more or less the same time, then another a day later, all telling me my purchase had been dispatched. Sounds ok but all of them were received after the item had been delivered.
I would certainly rather to was that way round (delivery coming before the expectation of delivery!) so again, no real issues.

Received an item for Christmas that was not wanted. When opening the box to check the item the box ripped a little on both sides. I enquired how to return the item. I forwarded pictures as requested and then returned the item at my cost. I was informed that they would only refund approx 50% of our total outlay (cost, vat, delivery, return cost) as the box was ripped. This was not acceptable and I was informed that this was ‘company policy’. Not happy with this I requested the item back. I was informed that they could not return the item as it was ‘company policy’. Still not happy I enquired that if the item was defective would they replace it with a new one. No reply. Next thing I know the money had been refunded to the purchasers account. This had not been agreed and was still only a small percentage of the outlay. Can’t believe that people still operate this way. The responses to the emails was timely but the content was very poor and very poor customer service.
