Absolute waste of time and money. Bought a food processor and smoothie maker combined on Amazon. Plugged it in and didn't work. Wish I had read the reviews first. No wonder these clowns have such a low rating. Plus you have to pay to return the worthless POS.

Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a Cooks Professional bin which broke after 6 months. They couldn't get stock to replace and only refunded me 50% of the initial price, despite them offering a 2 year warranty on the website. I wouldn't buy if anticipating any customer service.

Bought a set of iron frying pans from this company. Used the large one for the first time and after following their very detailed instructions, the food completely stuck to to the bottom of the pan. Rinsed out after binning the food and had to use a cloth to get the stuck food off, dried the pan and put on top of the hob overnight and came downstairs to a completely rusty pan. Please do not buy these pans
"Cooks Professional 3 Piece Set of Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Frying Pans" as you are totally wasting your money on them.

There was a leak under my ice making machine and I called the customer help line and explained this to a very helpful lady who suggested it was a pipe which was leaking within the machine. She then sent me the pipe out free of charge together with a video link which made it very easy for me to remove and replace pipe.
I absolutely love my ice making machine and was lost without put, but it’s now fixed and working great.
I would heartedly recommend this company (Cooks) and their product and staff.

Purchased an air fryer that lasted just over a year, I sent them images of the product as it was immaculate. They didn't want to know. Their website states a 2 year guarantee but because I had purchased it through a company that no longer existed they refused to help. Their opening hours are ridiculous and the email I received was laughable, terrible spelling and English, perhaps they have not heard of spell check. I would give them zero stars if I could. Appalling service and even worse product. Do not waste your money.

Like others, I had a problem with a Cooks Professional product (soup maker) and Cooks Professional have put barriers up every step of the way and refuse to help. I will never buy from them again and would urge others not to either. They simply do not want to help when things go wrong. Stay well clear!

Unfortunately I will never buy from this company or refer this company to someone.We ordered a mixer payed £95for it and received a box of water and rubbish inside.Contacted several times customer service and then the director still didn’t manage to get non money back or product back.Unfortunately we just made pictures and throw away the content of the box so couldn’t prove nothing.I tried to contact the bank and open a dispute but they advised it’s irrelevant as we didn’t have enough evidence.So left with nothing now and definitely would never buy again

Sam, from the customer service team, was wonderful and helped me when i had a problem with my defect order. She quickly helped me to ship another one out! Other companies can learn from this.

I wanted a product but didn't want a whole set of storage products. I messaged and asked if I could just have one of the products. They messaged back very quickly and sorted my order out straight away. Kept in contact and product is just what I wanted. would buy from them again.

I bought a Cooksprofessional food dehydrator from Amazon in December 2020. In August 2021, the dehydrator stopped heating up. When Cooksprofessional were informed about the problem, they immediately sent a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty product. I was very impressed.

My aftersales experience was beyond reproach, a truly ethical company with superb products. A pleasure to deal with.

Cooks Professional is a ok product. My problem is that when something goes wrong and you call their customer service, the telephone number is a Premium Line at 13 pence a minute. It quickly adds up to ££s.
A reputable company would not treat customers this way. We should consider customer after service, before purchasing a product.

We purchased a Cooks professional Nutriblend around 15 months ago. Had light use and started making a very loud noise and then started smoking with a strong burning smell. Following several emails and videos sent to Cooks professional they claim the blades were not under warranty and we needed to pay for more blades and the bearings will wear out as standard. Completely disappointed with the customer service and approach to resolving a faulty product. I’m left wondering what the warranty does cover? We have now bought a Nutribullet

Had a problem with potato masher Blender, emailed cooksprofessionl received a reply within the hour, sent me a replacement part F.O.C great service & Sam went the extra mile so all in all a great experience thank you Sam and your team.

Sent an email last night and had a reply by this morning. With the help of the lovely Sarah, she went above and be on to keep my updates on what I needed to do and what she was doing. Extremely polite, proactive & professional

I was impressed with the initial delivery service, but when things went wrong with my mixer I was even more impressed with the follow up support and response. Superb fast and courteous service from a named and friendly staff member. This is how customer service should be. Thank you Cooks Professional.

Unbelievably poor customer service and products. Seems a company has just taken over the original cooks professional and the excuses are flowing. My ice cream maker that has had very light use ( maybe used 6-7 times )and still within the 2 yr warranty has stopped working. After being constantly ignored on Facebook, Instagram and email I had to resort to publicly slating them only to get a barrage of pathetic excuses of why they can't help.

Seems the service is a useless as the products which are insanely over priced given the quality

Absolute immediate response from leaving my query on their website. Plus, apart from the obvious proof of purchase, a replacement was offered no problem & ordered, all within 2 hours. Well done & thank you Sam, that's what I call excellent customer service!
