I recently ordered some Yugioh singles from them, they arrived quickly in a nicely packaged shipper. I was able to get some great Secret and Ultra Rares for a pretty low price!

they changed to FedEx from USPS. My cards take so long to get delivered. its like the packages are getting delivered from overseas. the ETA posted in tracking is ALWAYS unreliable. The protection towards the cards from being damaged during shipping is just average.

FedEx may be responsible for the shipping issue, but CoolStuffInc is responsible for making sure the product I paid for actually reaches me—and for helping resolve the problem when it doesn’t.

I contacted CoolStuffInc, explained the situation, and even provided a solution FedEx gave me: the shipper needs to contact FedEx to remove the restriction so I can pick up my package. Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful.

Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again.

Extremely poor customer service and accountability.

They packaged my over $250 Pokémon card order without any kind of protection. The most expensive card came with an imprint from not being sleeved and getting pressed during shipping. These cards were supposed to be near mint and now they are ruined.

I ordered two Luffy Red Bull cards from them on TCG Player. They arrived quickly and the packaging was great. The only problem is both cards came dented. You could see how someone held the cards very tight with their thumb on the bottom when playing and creased them. They sold them to me at near mint and these are both considered damaged, not even lightly played. I'm waiting for a refund.

First, I'd like to say that this company has an excellent inventory selection, and its loyalty program provides great value for frequent customers. I've been using them for years for most of my Magic: The Gathering purchases, and more often than not, they have exactly what I'm looking for at a fair price.

Unfortunately, they now appear to use FedEx SmartPost (now known as FedEx Ground Economy) almost exclusively for shipping, and the service has been CONSISTENTLY bad. Orders that are expected to arrive within a week frequently take three to four weeks instead. In one particularly frustrating case, a package traveled between Florida and New Jersey four separate times before finally making its way to Arkansas where I live. At the time of writing this review, I have another order that is more than a week overdue and has been sitting in Illinois for the past three days after being rerouted away from Arkansas which again is where it was to be delivered.

I genuinely like many aspects of this company, its pricing, selection, and rewards program are genuinely good. However, the ongoing shipping issues have left me feeling like this will likely be my last purchase.

Ive been taking chances and like what ive gotten so far. I used to exclusively use CardKingdom and TCGplayer; TCG has now gone very downhill so im migrated away from the higher prices of cardkingdom. This will be my 3rd order with CoolStuffInc and I gotta say I'm very impressed despite the awful reviews! Very nice customer service - very quick to update and respond! Shipping rates are ok, the taxes are a bit high, but ill take the discount on the shipping. Overall i gotta put my trust into coolstuffinc more than I do these bad reviews!

Ich wurde eine Woche nur vertröstet dass das Paket von DHL nicht mitgenommen wurde weil er LKW voll war usw.
nach 5 Arbeitstagen habe ich über Paypal einen Fall eröffnet und sofort mein Geld zurückbekommen.

Attempted to order twice from them. 1st time the order was just canceled for no reason at all and no communication. I had to email them to see what happened. 2nd time same thing happened but when I emailed them they said they canceled and accused me of filing charge backs on a different account.

I've ordered from CSI many times and for a while now, but over the past year or so, almost every order has had some problem, whether it be damaged cards sent in lieu of NM that I ordered, missing cards from order that no one mentions until I reach out and they admit that there was some inventory issue, or the wrong card being sent (some obvious mistakes that should not be made). Because of this, I've started to order less frequently from them and have mostly been going somewhere else.
Recently, I decided to give them another go. They had some cards I really wanted, and it was only about 27 cards split up over three orders. I thought “can they really screw up this time with only a few cards being ordered”? Well, a few days later I received an email stating a $35 card (Undaunted Umbreon Holo – a rare card to find and so many people are losing their minds over the Eeveelutions lately – was “lost”, and they couldn’t find it. Not that there was an error in the database, not that they sold it in store and forgot to update their online inventory. But that they “lost” it. They had never reached out to me before about not sending cards in my order, but this time they felt the need to tell me it’s “lost”. How, and why?
The following is conjecture;
I strongly suspect an employee saw the card before it was shipped to me and really wanted it, so instead of honoring the fact that it was at that point mine since I had already paid for it, they let them take it and cancelled my order. I have no proof, and this is just my opinion, but it’s terribly suspicious. With the terrible quality control, and now the possible shady practices, I don’t know if I want to order from them again.

Went to their Orlando shop and was not impressed. Customer service was close to non existent, and the selection was very low. Ended up going to Pokefit Trading by the FL mall and they did a way better job to find me the Pokemon Cards I was looking for. Don’t reccomend this place to anyone!

Ich habe den Baileys Adventskalender bekommen. Die Pralinen sind wirklich sehr lecker allerdings stört es mich mächtig, dass die angeblichen Törchen nicht mit dem inneren Teil der Verpackung überein stimmt . Wenn ich also ein Törchen öffne, sehe ich nur das Plastik zwischen den Pralinen. Um an die Pralinen zu kommen, muss ich oben den Kalender öffnen und das innere Plastik mit den Süßwaren komplett heraus ziehen. So war das bestimmt nicht gedacht.

Ich habe den Lautenbacher Adventskalender als Buch bestellt und habe den Kalender nicht bekommen!

Ordered a bunch of cards worth $500. They didn't ship it with any individuel protection. No sleeves on the cards. The cards were all damaged while they sold them as Near Mint. The cards were also bent. All of them.

Never ever order with these guys. They are extremely unprofessional. No responses to my email complaints either. Just a horrible experience! Avoid them!

Ich kann hier eine positive Bewertung abgeben denn das Boot welches ich bestellt habe ist innerhalb von fünf Tagen geliefert worden da war ein Wochenende dazwischen und in einen einwandfreien Zustand also kann ich diesen Job weiterempfehlen

J ai commandé des cartes one pièce. Elles sont arrivées en bon état et plutôt rapidement. Des frais de douane non prévus, dommage qu on n ait pas d options pour les régler pendant l achat ca évite les frais du transporteur qui abuse. Je tenais à mettre une bonne note car , ils se font défoncés sur trust pilot... je ne dis pas qu il n y aura jamais de problèmes mais pour moi tout s est bien passé.

Never received my package and they first had my item on hold then they sent it to fedex as a mail carrier was their first mistake. Secondly I gave them my postal P.O. Box and fed ex used my home address instead. I needed to file a claim but I cannot get in touch with cool stuff inc for 2 weeks now and counting. Numerous emails and voicemails was sent to their business but no response and I spent close to a 1000.00!! Just gone!! Warning to everyone about this place of business! Go buy from somewhere else!!!
