Coolutils products are my new secret weapon as a trial lawyer! (Don't tell anyone.)
The software is like magic. I liked it so much that I literally bought dozens of their apps.
The support was very helpful, too, when I had trouble automatically registering all my new licenses, perhaps because I run Windows on a Mac using Parallels. Anyhow, very happy customer here.

Fantastic result using Coolutils, brought me back from almost despair on useless Microsoft proprietary archaic file system that I did not know of its limitation until a problem came up where I was unable to easily move email data during upgrade between applications due to .PST files. Top marks for Coolutils.

Their help was spot on and resolved my issues quickly

CoolUtils has excellent products that are simple to use and their support and flexibility is even more impressive. I will definitely use them again for my future projects.

Sent an email about 5 days ago asking for some advice on what version to buy and heard nothing.
If this is the response to a sales enquiry, what hope do i have of getting any answer for a support call, will look elsewhere for an app to do the job i need.
Plus it took them over a month to make a post here, i think this says it all, plus i'm still waiting on what version to buy so they have no even gone through their emails to answer me.

Excellent Customer Service !

I had purchased a Total Audio Converter - License about 5 years back and had to change my computer... Didn't find my license key anymore, but still had the confirmation mail of my purchase. I contacted the service center and they sent me a new key within hours! Absolutely great service :-)

I can't say enough about these guys and gals, every time I had a problem with my program they fixed the problem immediately.

It is just what I need to get audio files of items I watch on YouTube. It is easy to use and fast. My only problems have been that it needs constantly updating. When I find that I can no longer use the version on my computer, I get a rapid reply to my email with a link to a new version that works. It might help if users were notified when it is necessary to download a new version.
