Trying to arrange return of an item is proving almost impossible. Emails just direct you to the website to create a ticket; Live Chat does not reply and I cannot find a telephone number to call.
Very frustrating

Have since received an email with a return address. Unfortunately the courier has returned the parcel back to me as they could not locate the address

Very responsive to enquiries regarding a problem with our mower.
I had almost instant responses to tech enquiries and parts were sent out the same day!
Very good customer experience means I will buy Yardforce stuff in the future.

Very difficult to order the right battery for my spear and jackson mower. Have received one that is incorrect. Tried sorting it out with the chat box but no response at all. I ordered the wrong item had an online chat with an agent everything was explained how to go about returning the item received an email letting me know my refund had had been processed back into my credit card will use this company again

My aldi Ferrex pressure washer handle broke and they were the only company that seemed to stock after sales parts. Read the reviews and was a bit put off but I didn't have many other options it was either a new pressure washer or gamble on the part arriving for the £20

Ordered and left the warehouse within 24 hours. Evri's shipping wasn't updating but that's on them.

I wish I could give 0 stars phone number on product says to go to website did that was ghosted by the 1st bot and after an hour and 15 on the second attempt still no agent to deal with my washer is under warranty was only bought as a gift to me 4 weeks ago 1st use the pressure hose burst just wanted a replacement I now paid more for the replacement part than the whole thing was bought for as the store is now closed I'm shocked and the poor quality of customer service disgusting

Never come across a web site ordering system and you cant put your part number in,YOUR SYSTEM WANTS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FACT ITS NON EXISTANT.0 OUT OF 10.

Shit company im sick of raising tickets asking when my order will be delivered i just want a refund issued now useless system no contact number clearly scammers

Mega-fast response on behalf of Yardforce Garden Tools (as sold on Amazon and elsewhere). Replaced a near 5 year old battery pack for a cordless lawnmower free-of-charge. First rate service.

Absolutely awful you can’t speak to anyone on the phone it’s all done online and even then when trying to order a part you can’t confirm with anyone that it is definitely the correct part so if anything breaks you have got to diagnose what’s wrong and just hope you have ordered the correct part. I would have given Coreservice No Stars but you have to give 1 as a low score.
If you search online for a phone number the ones that come up don’t work so don’t bother trying as they obviously don’t want you talking to someone about a problem you may have with a item that’s purchased and related to them

Very easy process, polite customer service agent and things were sorted out with ease. All done via email/online with simple instructions.

The incorrect part was sent out.
You cannot speak to anyone by telephone.
Correspondence by email was terrible. I had to send photographs to prove that the part was incorrect and then had to chase up to get a refund.
I will never use them again.

This company's customer service is appalling. I have been trying to communicate with them for over 4 months to get a replacement battery for my Yardforce lawnmower. I have raised several tickets but these have been closed without any resolution. I have repeatedly asked for a call back but again without any success. So I now have a perfectly good lawn mower that I will not be able to use next season so I will have to purchase another, what a waste! Suggest the company is renamed NotCoreService.

10 emails, various online tickets. No phone call back. Repeated repeated questions. Waiting for a refund for £19 for my delivery and return. If I ever get it. Don't be fooled by Yard Force on line or you tube. Cordless leaf blower, useless works for 5mins, took 3 weeks for a refund. Cost me money to return. Worst level of Customer Service and communication I have ever encountered. They really need to open a dictionary and search for these words. Empathy, understanding, communication, listening, replying, reading. Or better still take up tennis, back and forward.

I did pose them a difficult problem with an ulimately ' defective'lawn mower motor part, but the customer attention and interaction I really could not fault...a rarity these days...but very welldone to Nicky and your Coreservice team.
