Great customer service and great products

Easy to order with plenty of choices of payment type.

The personal touch is not something that I expect in this day and age. The fact that Rachel contacted me that day to thank me for the order. When I contacted her to try to amend the order due to my mistake it was not "well the order stands its too late now" it was "lets see how we can help with this" and she did! It wasn't a big order in the scheme of things but there will be others and if I can use Cost Cutter I will.

Great customer service. Great furniture. Only reason not a score of 5 is that it wasn't delivered on the day we agreed but this was immediately resolved and the furniture was delivered on the next agreed date.

Staff were always on hand to help. One parcel went AWOL but they chased up a replacement and never dallied. The equipment which was for SEN children was assembled straightforwardly with no difficulty and is sturdy.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great prices and such quality furniture. I bought early years furniture for my preschool and it looks amazing!!! Great customer service and nothing too much trouble.

Great product but trying to return an item is proving the hardest thing on earth. Customer service is so slow. I wont be using them again.

Really pleased with the pedestal received. Fits perfectly under my desk. Super quick delivery and very good communications with the seller. My only concern was the carriage costs but the low price for the item compensated this anyway so still a reasonable price

UPDATE

I have been asked by Costcutters to change my original review below, on the basis that the ad I found for the company when I googled (which stated free delivery) had been placed by a third party and was inaccurate.

However, given that there was no information on Costcutters' actual website about delivery charges, and that I only found out at checkout that the delivery charge for two A4 display books was £12 (which luckily I noticed in time), I think that my original review still stands.

I have now found another excellent UK company where I bought eight similar items plus two other items, with delivery, for less than I would have paid for two items with delivery at Costcutters.

I have just reviewed the other company, should anybody wish to check it out.

FURTHER UPDATE

I see that Cost Cutters have now responded to my post.

I have indeed been in correspondence with them. Unless they have now changed it, delivery prices are not shown in the delivery information on their website.

When I pointed out to them that this was not transparent, as they claimed, they did not reply.

Trust Pilot have emailed me to confirm that despite Cost Cutters' complaint to them (mentioned at the end of their response below), everything I have said on here conforms to their guidelines.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

I wanted to buy two presentation display books. These were just over £3 each.

I couldn't find any information on the website about delivery charges, but when I had googled it said free delivery. I have a screenshot of this.

When I went to check out, I found I was being charged £12 for delivery 😮

Needless to say, I will be buying these items elsewhere.

Our reading tree is a great addition to our EYFS area! It has inspired us to recreate and redecorate the room into the Jungle! We now have leaves covering the walls and monkeys hanging from our new reading tree!

Pleased that they sell items you wouldn't normally be able to get but annoying when you're sent a 10% off code and it only gives you 1% 😂
