The Cot Mattress Company Avaliações

Greatly appreciate all the information provided on the website about different materials and what to look out for. We got our mini cotbed mattress, which comes with two well fitting covers. I wish we could have also ordered a replacement mattress for our Moses basket, but the available ones were too big. The cotton fitted sheets are also very good. Hopefully the baby will like the mattress! The courier had a bit of delay, but the company promptly replied to our message asking for an update. Should we need to, would definitely re order from them.

The matress looks good but the delivery took longer than they say and was very stressful as they did not provide any dates after the delivery date passed.
I wrote the company of the mattress but they just said to wait.
So i think as a company should know where they product are otherwise company was useless as did nothing.
I am not happy with the service.

A delightful company to deal they were always responsive and helpful

Second cot mattress I have bought. Great quality, super service and a UK company. Can't recommend The Cost Mattress Company enough, really first class.

Prompt delivery. Was accidentally charged twice - emailed them and was sorted without any issue. Mattresses is sturdy as well. Will use them again if needed.

Fantastic service and product. Ordered on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday! Love the 2 zip off mattress toppers on the mattress. All in all 5 star+ experience. .

Shockingly and worryingly poor experience with this company. Ordered an expensive cot mattress Wednesday this week, for next day delivery ...it hadn't even been received by the courier according to tracking a day later. Friday night, still hadn't been received by the courier, order updates says it's expected today.. .I think not. I emailed them today, no response. ??? Tomorrow I will set a chargeback from my bank to get my money back and I advise against using this company, my grandson had no mattress for a night. Should it be delivered 4th day after ordering I will throw it away, frankly I suspect something untoward is going on here. Before I used Little Greene online for mattresses etc, never let me down. Go to John Lewis or equivalent.

I am very pleased with the quality of the travel cot mattress and the speedy delivery.

I’ve bought from The Cot Mattress Company a few times over the past two and a half years for our little ones.

It’s been the same every time -> Great.

Would thoroughly recommend.

The first mattress we bought around 2ish years ago still looks brand new. It has served our bigger one well despite the usual baby/toddler accidents and illnesses. So when it came time for our second to move into their own bed The Cot Mattress company was the natural first and only place we went to to buy a second.

3 stars on the presumption the mattress is of good quality when it arrives. So far my only experience is poor delivery service. Failed to arrive on date it was due (after waiting in as needed signature) then didn’t arrive next working day, then the following working day I received an email and text stating it would be delivered within a certain time frame, and once again I’ve waited in and it hasn’t come. I’d be less frustrated if the company was returning my request for an update but they’re not. So far all that’s been achieved is two days of wasted time waiting in for a mattress that is yet to arrive.

I’ve got all of my daughter’s crib and cot mattresses from here plus all of her cot sheets and the quality is amazing. Quick delivery as well

A good quality cot mattress with 2 lovely soft covers. Safety was my main concern and this mattress is firm so a baby should not suffocate. More expensive than some but i think its worth the money for peace of mind.

Organic, very good quality :)

Excellent info on website and rapid delivery but I struggled to ring the company to ask a question. In all other respects, excellent service and would recommend.

Fantastic mattress, really well made. Excellent delivery service too.

Excellent quality mattresss
Great customer service

just the best products.. the baby sleeps perfectly on the cot mattress and in the carriage pram where you supplied a new mattress. Everyone very happy thank you!

Very quick delivery and service however couldn’t get an email back - sent multiple emails. Can’t knock delivery and service though, thank you!

Just brilliant from start to finish. Do not hesitate to purchase a mattress from this company. They are on top of their game and a pleasure to do business with. I needed a very specific size and the mattress was made swiftly and is perfect.

Roger is always so helpful and strives to provide excellent customer service. Thank you
