Very happy with the service, very easy to order my medication via the website without any hassle and speedy delivery services.

Usually a good service for me but I’ve now run into some issues. Placed my order which says it has been dispatched but I have received no email regarding its delivery. Received a confirmation email but seeing as it’s now 4 days in when it supposedly takes 1-2 business days, I have cause to be concerned. Sent two queries and an email which nobody has responded to and can’t get through on the phone. I’d rather not leave such an unpleasant review but seeing as I seriously need my inhaler and have had a poor customer service experience maybe someone will be decent and kind enough to help a customer who has supported your business for its convenience but is now incredibly disheartened as well as physically discontent. Kindly respond to this review.

Update: I have received a positive response to my email and they have assisted me with information on why I didn’t receive my package. An attempt was made apparently and Royal Mail returned my parcel back to them. I was unaware of any delivery as I received no confirmation or alert and no updates on the situation until leaving this review as it would seem my queries and email went into their spam folder. A new address has been given and I should receive my inhaler by Friday hopefully.
