What happened to this company. I have ordered in the past from them and products and service were decent. Not so much now . I ordered product 09/03/2023 and I got confirmation but no delivery . I have tried on multiple occasions to call and email this company with no reply or results. DO NOT ORDER FROM COWIN!!!!
It seems they are on the way out.

Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon.

As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.

Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later
no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect.
After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

Headphones tear too easily. Customer service is HORRIBLE. We made multiple attempts to return an item, unused, and NOT ONE response to any of the attempts. Stay away from this company!

Bought cowin headphones through eBay 4 years ago, was a positive experience.

However purchased a new pair 4 weeks ago with little communication apart from an order confirmation.

Emailed them 3 times with no reply.
Very disappointing.

Terrible Customer service. emailed numerous times no reply. their device broke within a month, and they are not covering it apparently never use again.

I received my cowin e7 headphone today. It did not work. The sound came in and out. I used a different phone, but I got the same result. It sound like music from under water. I tried to contact cowin customer service but I get no answer. I tried their live chat couldn’t get through the link.

ordered earbuds 18th May now 8th July and nothing, if they are coming from China they could at least inform customers, I will give it another couple of weeks before going to my bank and find out if I can recover my cash.

I ordered headphones online. They were never sent to me. I sent several emails to the given email address. I wanted to cancel the order. I never got an answer. My money is gone.
Does this company really exist?

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought these because they guaranteed customer support. 2 weeks after they arrived my headphones stopped working. I’ve tried to contact them via phone, email and via the support form on their website multiple times but it’s been a month now and no response. Do not trust their claims of support. I’m left with a useless chunk of plastic after spending $150

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT! I was impressed with the quality of the noise cancelling headphones I bought my son about two years ago, I purchased a new pair when they quit charging. Ordered them almost four weeks ago and there have been no updates to shipping. I emailed them 3 times already- starting about two weeks ago and they have not replied. I tried calling and the phone rings and hangs up- EVERYTIME! So if you can afford to lose $50+, sure order them. Ridiculous. So unprofessional.

Ordered headphones on their site in November and they did arrive in the mail. Kept them in the box until Xmas, so nearly a month.

It’s my second pair (first pair from 2018 purchased on Amazon were great) so I noticed differences with this pair that seemed like strange, potentially defective behaviors. I reach out to email support and a month later still never got a reply.

Today they completely broke. Their live chat doesn’t exist and just keeps linking you to the home page. Their phone line consistently hangs up on you after the automated message plays.

So you cannot email them, cannot chat with them, cannot call them. Since it’s been a whopping 5 months, my credit card company can no longer dispute the charge as it’s beyond 60 days. I don’t really have any recourse beyond this point aside from sharing my story so no one else has to feel like they wasted their money on a scam like me.

I’d call their customer service awful but they don’t even exist which is tragically worse.

Bought product, never received it, they do not respond to emails and even paypal are not helping to retrieve money.

They are a scam no real customer service number to call is a fake phone number and fake address and there's no way possible to return anything they send you I thought I got scammed for the headphones but they actually did send the headphones but they are a piece of s*** just like their company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE SITE. I purchased some noise canceling headphones for work. Almost immediately after I found out my work provides these. I tried to cancel my order within the hour. Tried to cancel it again that evening. I’ve emailed every single contact listed on their website. I still received the order. Fine, whatever. Now I’ve spent the better part of a week and a half trying to return the order, which now I have to pay shipping on, AND NO ONE WILL EMAIL ME BACK. Do NOT buy anything from this company, their customer service is a scam.

I'm not certain what happened, but I ordered from the website after reading the glowing testimonials all over the site. I compared them to many different brands for a few days and decided their product was right for me, so I ordered. I was never sent a tracking number after my confirmation email, so I looked the company up to see if other people had had this issue, only to find thousands and thousands of people saying this company is a scam. After a few sleepless nights of wallowing that I would never see my money again, I received a tracking number. They had been delivered to my work 3 days prior. Only took 4 days to receive them, and while they are a little bit more cheap than I had hoped for, they sound and work amazingly. So I am not sure what's going on with the scam situation? I very much am a real person, I was sick to my stomach for days thinking I had just been conned out of 100 dollars that I had been saving to buy a nice pair of headphones. If I could give the headphone sound a score alone, I would give it 5 stars, but the quality of the actual product is nothing to write home about, and the stress of the whole situation leaves me with a 3 star experience. I hope you all get your headphones!

Bought the Apex ear buds. The item arrived within a week, very good delivery, sent tracking number and everything.

Item arrived, and the charging case doesn’t charge, left ear bud doesn’t work. Emailed them multiple times, and filled out the form on their website, no response. It’s been over a month now. Don’t buy.

Don't buy from them they never sent product but they sure kept my $75 I hope it was worth it to them because I reported it my uncle reported it he works for the FBI so he's taking care of it thank goodness but he is determined to find them scammers and he has leads thank goodness!😀 But don't buy from them they will steal your money I never even got a tracking number and it's been a week the hell with them they're all going to jail LOL can't wait

Purchased wireless E7 from Target on 12/22/22.. On 1/7/23 headphones stopped charging. Wrote to Cust. Svc. and received a very quick reply with "No worries" and telling me there was an 18-month warranty. Now, no replies to three follow-up emails. Headphones had been a tight fit on my head; I thought they had a microphone when I bought them. Cust. Svc. deserves a "1" for failing to respond further.
