From the first communication with CPD's Amy, I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency of the organization. She was very responsive to my questions - even connecting with me on WhatsApp so it would be easier to communicate. Once the initial enquiries were sorted out, I was handed over to Annie who was the assessor. Annie was very professional and was really supportive in helping me navigate their global requirements - some of which were not required in my home country. Overall, it was a 5-star experience.
