I was looking for a company who could help me with my resume. The layout was poor and it didn't seem to show off my accomplishments. I read through the reviews for Careers Plus Resumes. They were very good so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did. My resume looks amazing. They were able to take everything from my current resume and the information I provided them to provide me with a very professional, eye-catching resume. And to top it off, they were incredibly quick! I would highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed!

I really don't want to be rude but I regret spending money on documents that I can't use.
Recently asked for a cover letter and resume for a federal position. Justin, the owner, has been doing that.
1) He doesn't pay attention to ANY details in resume (even didn't look into the information provided). I should resend resume and job link twice
2) He refused my requests for more customization of my resume, saying that the cover letter will do it.
3) Well, I attached a photo of the cover letter he provided, and other than the job number (after I asked it to add) You won't find any specific words related to the job position. He didn't even include a person name from the job description to address the cover letter
4) The resume format is awful. No header, no details for the position (FED resume), the main part summary is not tailored to the position AT ALL
5) He never returned my phone call, even after I left a message asking to call me back
I spent $250+ I didn't use the resume/cover letter from Justin for the position I targeted.
I ended up not using the resume I paid for. Instead I tailored my previous resume/cover ltter.
On top of everything, he is very rude. His argument 'I will not respond to arguments any further. Please provide what I am asking for' other words: do my job you paid for (write the resume)
Don't waste your money! If you want a GOOD resume, go to the fiverr website, choose whoever you prefer (I did it base on the reviews) and for 3+ times less money you'll get a great cover letter and resume without any stress.

I'm writing this only for other people, so they can save their hard-earned money.
All I can add to your reply:
if you, Justin, think that 'The cover letter specifically states the announcement number.' out of 3 small paragraphs of common words and phrases is enough, then all I can say, is that I very sorry for you, but you are not even close to a professional writer, even if you have certifications. Every IT job position is different and not only by job number but requirements too (surprise!).
I'm lucky enough to have a better version of my resume from a different writer (from Fiverr) and it was proved. I used it for a different position and have been selected as a top candidate. I can compare both versions. All I can say is that your service, unfortunately, not quite close to the other.
About calls: I called you on Friday, Sep 4, at 10:56 AM on the number (866)788-8978 from your email and left you a message. Call duration is about a minute (59 sec to be exact). But you preferred to argue via emails till 3 PM same day. If you didn't receive my call, it's something wrong on your side, not mine.
When did you call back? On Tuesday, Sep 8? What time exactly? After I wrote this review? After I didn't use my professional resume and position already closed (on Sep 7)?
I didn't receive any calls/messages from you.
How can you help me going forward after that? Thank you for your offer!
Here is my answer: I'm not satisfied with your service, I didn't use your resume and won't use it. I want my money back in this case.
After all, you refused to return the money on the resume that I can't use.

Justin updated my resume and I couldn't be happier! He really highlighted my career accomplishments and goals rather than focusing on the mundane daily tasks I am responsible for. I feel more confident than ever about sending my newly updated resume out to prospective employers.
