I have now placed three internet orders to collect in store. All were ready for me to collect - they sent a text message to say they were ready. Superb staff in store and an interesting range of art materials. More than enough for me anyway!
I found the prices for what I wanted to be very competitive too.

Fast delivery, and all items I have recieved from various orders have been as described. Customer service also responded quickly about a query I had

Once again this firm delivers exactly what it said would do, and in fact, my item arrived before the due date, nicely packaged, very good prices and service, certainly a five star firm.

Great boxed ink set, fab price and quick dispatch. Finally a website with a working notification process too!

A simple website, easy to find what you want. Had a size of canvas that was difficult to get hold of and they had it in stock. Bought several. They were well packed and arrived on time. Reasonably priced in about the middle of the price range. No problems with the product or service. Recommended.

I've placed 4 orders with this company in the last month and without exception the delivery has been within 48 hours. The prices are the best on the market, and communication second to none.

They are always my first option when buying art materials.

Fabulous pencil set ordered, great price, arrived bang on time. Good customer service when I phoned them.

After receiving welcome email which included a code for free gift I proceeded to place an order. However the code did not work. I began live chat to be told it was no longer valid. I had only received the email day before at 7pm. Then followed lengthy dialogue to the effect they had not sent me an email and, once I proved they had, they then disputed the email included a code. As my comments were not believed I had to forward THEIR email sent to me to them so they could see for themselves. I was then told the rep was unable to see emails that were sent out. I was left to figure out why I had therefore been told no email had been sent to me, etc. There was no apology for the trouble of me having to prove my point. Basically they did not want to offer me their promised gift without a fight, and by the time they managed to agree to it, I had lost all faith in the company. Their customer service attitude is appalling

I ordered a few alcohol inks even after reading the not so great reviews as they were really reasonably priced compared to other places, Crafty Arts had a great selection and they were dispatched to me quickly and even due to a postal strike day they still got to me in good time with no problems at all. I'm pleased I gave them a chance.

Ok so they launched a new website and offer a free gift if you purchase that day. So I chose my purchase, went to pay, and the payment is not working on their new website.
I use live chat to ask for help and get told to try again. I had already tried a few times but ok I thought, let's try one more time and no, the payment options are not working.
Tried to let the agent on live chat know and they've gone. This all took place in the space of a few seconds mind you, and turns out they close at half 4 so I was fobbed off with a "try again" because their priority isn't having a customer successfully make a purchase.
The payment still doesn't work. They have therefore lost my transaction as well as anyone else who was hoping to make a purchase today. Not great business sense, and I was a fan of this company up until this experience, despite having had issues with the web functiality of every special offer they have had so far I thought their customer service was good enough to overlook their technical issues. But no longer. I guess I will go elsewhere from now on. Shame.

No postage refund. Ordered a "Used-very good" item. It turned out to be faulty and had obviously not been tested befor being sent out to me. The company gave me a refund of the item but not of the postage which is against distance selling regulations. Had it been higher value I would be chasing with my card supplier.

I ordered a sewing kit for my granddaughter but when it arrived it looked to be for a doll larger than the barbie. I phoned and queried, and was told that the dressmaking dummy could be altered. On opening the present we TCP/IP’s immediately see that polystyrene cannot be altered.
I am utterly disgusted that craftyarts would blatantly lie like that.i will never support them again

My ‘go to’ place for anything art or crafty to do with the kids. It’s great !!

I bought some very good watercolour paints from this site. very good value and quality, fast delivery to.

Item delivered as expected, no problems. Slightly cheaper than other places for the same product.

Great range of products and service. I wanted an alternative to the normal, big retailers for some Christmas gifts for children - and Crafty Arts was perfect. The games I was looking for were available, plus I was able to pick up some great extra gifts. I will definitely return to buy children's gifts from here again.

Sadly i can't echo the positive reviews of others as my experience with crafty arts was a total disappointment.

I received an email notification to say that the product I wanted was in stock, so went ahead and placed my order. It wasn't until a day later that they got in touch with me to tell me they actually didn't have the item in stock after all.

That was frustrating enough but to make matters worse they asked if there was a different product I would like instead, so I asked them what alternatives they have around the same sort of price..... To which they reply they don't actually have any alternatives.

All in all a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Having received gift vouchers from my friends, the first problem I experienced was that I could only use one voucher per transaction. I used one voucher and at a later date found I couldn’t use the other too (still within the voucher valid period). What followed were exchanges of emails and promises to remedy which amounted to nothing. Basically my friends wasted their money. I certainly won’t be shopping here again.
