My first order on Craghoppers was in 1998 and my wardrobe is full of your gear. Now that I am 90 and disabled I can no longer walk in the Tyrol and have put on a little weight. I already have PROSTRETCH size 32S trousers but they are now a little tight so reordered 34S. The former were close fitting, smart, comfortable and just the right length. The latest were baggy, uncomfortable and longer, so draped over my shoes. As I am now housebound I contacted you via the Chat program. Despite repeatedly give full details I just got "How can I help you" each time. After about 20 minutes of this charade I gave up. Up until now I have had quality goods and service but times seem to have changed.

Sent a pair of trousers back that had come apart at the waistband - just to test lifetime guarantee really.

Love Craghopper clothes, have purchased a few fleeces but usually from actual shops, not online. Quality is always very good and the prices are reasonable (especially when there's a sale!).

Although the water bottle was in the sale I like the colour orange but the screw cap lid does not seal correctly. When the bottle was horizontal in my backpack it's leaks, so disappointing for me. If used in a gym in the upright position then fine.

Great new trouser design (Kiwi Pro III) making them suitable for urban life as well as outdoor activities. Slimmer look. Very comfortable. Slimline pockets all with zips. I do miss the double pocket on the right side but otherwise perfect as they fit better than other Kiwis.
