Went to slough branch today. Sorry but we as a family were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, was very tasteless. Only nice item was the tortilla chips.

disgusting language towards costumers made us feel very uncomfortable food quality was bad crepe was soggy did not have any flavour workers were very rude and disrespectful using swear words in front of kids disgraceful behaviour do not recommend coming here !!!

You have disgraceful service, your employers swear at children. They were rude and inappropriate. It was 2 ladies at the Walsall branch, one called Sarah and the lady she works with. She was completely out of order and extremely unprofessional and I don’t recommend coming here.

I visited the cafe in Epsom on 20th December around 1pm with my elderly mother. The service by the young male staff member on duty was excellent, he was full of enthusiasm and attended to all of our requests with so much patience and kindness. Thanks once more. The crepes were also delicious!

Impressed by their efficiency during a busy period! I will recommend this place due to the service being outstanding, and the crepes were truly delightful

Daylight robbery, I ordered a create your own on deliveroo, every extra cost £1.45 and my order came to £18.20, my girlfriends standard cookie dough and ice-cream was £8:20 and had more cookie dough and ice cream than my entire order with all of the so called extras on top. I was definitely robbed hard of almost £20 and won't be ordering from creams again and wouldn't recommend anyone else orders a home delivery either.

Person at the front was very rude!! Continued his conversation with his colleague whilst we waited to place our order in front of him. He wouldn’t even look us in the eye when taking our order. My partner said he had a nut allergy and the guy asked “is cross contamination okay?” obviously not if he has a nut allergy. Had to ask him to clean the scoops and jugs out which should be policy for allergies anyways. Gave me a fanta with no glass so I asked to have one and he gave me the dirtiest glass I’ve ever seen. Overall the people serving us were just straight up rude, wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

Ordered Taro and Strawberry bubble teas with Tapioca pearls and the pearls were completely raw, hard, brown rancid balls of crap. The disgusting flavour spread throughout the rest of the drinks. The strawberry tea itself was decent, close to the quality of the usuals I get from bubble tea stores, but was soon ruined by the pearls. The Taro was disgusting, it was like dirty water with a hint of chemical alcohol taste.

Nice desserts - setting is okay but doesn't feel very clean (even though it might be). Maybe it's the colours?

Customer service was terrible, we ordered our food and waited 40 minutes but were still waiting for 4 more orders. We ordered them all at once but it turned out that they actually forgot about our order and it wasn’t even that busy!

Went to the beckton branch with a large group yesterday and ordered waffles, cookie doughs and cake. The red velvet cake was stale and not edible. The waffles were dry compared to other dessert places I've been to. The cookie dough was not gooey and dry as well. Very disappointed with the food and will not recommend. However customer service by Uzair was good, he was very polite and quick bringing the food to the table.

North Finchley créams - 1 scoop of ice cream given to me in the tiniest container. More like a cream pot. I complained and the manager said head office have told them to use the small pots then gave me a lecture about how the cost of living means all the costs are rising. Yeah don’t tell me mate I know that why else do you think I am buying 1 scoop ??? Creams charge a fair price don’t be stingy with your product.
