Doesn't work properly. I filled everything in and then it just reset very frustrating

Was pretty easy in comparison to others I have used.

Rubbish-simply didn't work-a waste of time(mine!)

Easy to understand in the main with the one exception -trying to hold a passport and take a picture is impossible when the 'take button' is too far down the screen.

The system is easy to navigate and helps us manage clients expectations and makes us compliant with all clients, vendors, buyers and developers.

Slick on boarding process and easy to use platform.

The service requires possession of a smart phone. If you dont have a smart phone you cannot use the service. This means you cannot use the services of an estate agent to buy or sell your house. Which means you cannot buy or sell your house. This is blatant discrimination against those who dont own a smart phone and has real life negative consequences. I will check out the legality of this. Morally repugnant firm.

Is not that easy to use for people my age, and almost impossible to leave once your in it

My experience so far has been very good. Chris Hodges was on hand during set up and has been available to answer any questions along the way. Very quickly I will add and super friendly.
There is lots of opportunity for training, and there are plenty of updates.
