He was extremely helpful. He clarified every question I had and even more. He was patient, and even though there’s was connection issues, he made it work. He was extremely professional. I could tell he is very prepared and good at his job.

Reason I gave them a 1 star is bc I had to leave something to write this review , they sign you up for stuff and don’t even realize it till you’re getting emails. I even asked if I was getting signed up for subscriptions and she said “no mam” they really suck!!!! Don’t do it unless you’re wanting to pay 2-3 subscriptions!!!!!

I had been putting off making this phone call but was absolutely pleased with the customer service I received. The lady I spoke with was helpful, completely honest and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thank you folks!

Ava was extremely professional, knowledgable, personable and very patient when dealing with my husband and I today. She thoroughly explained the program and how it would benefit and significantly impact my/our credit scores. She exceeded all my expectations and more! This is truly great customer service, at its best!! This is extremely hard to find in todays climate.

*Update* Company is complete scam. Apparently I'm not the only person scammed by this company and Standard Score.

I called back and I just spoke with Chad (I believe he said his name is) after a very frustrating call with a different very pushy person. He was able to calm me back down and thoroughly explain pros and cons in a non pushy way. Thank you so much.

They are very helpful and explain everything that will benefit you on your credit journey.

Worst credit repair company every don't trust its a fraud and waist of money and time called every month for updates and nothing but they continued to charge and that 3 months free is also a lie they don't do that don't waist your money with them

I paid 375 for this company to help me with my credit. They didn’t get anything removed and here was no communication from them at all I have to call every month just to see what was going on. I don’t recommend at all just fix your credit yourself save a lot more money

The very thing they promise the day you pay them, they claim they can't do the next day. They make promises they can't and dont try to fulfill. Like someone previously stated, if I could give them a zero for feedback I definitely would. The way they operate should be illegal! It's predatory business practices!

I called to pay a collection off and the guy I was on the phone with did not give me a option besides to dispute my debt, also failing to mention on top of a 499 payment it’s 99 a month. Definitely very sketchy but I’m only giving this a 2 star because when I cancelled they did return my money instantly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The least helpful and most money grabbing company I have ever dealt with. They trick you into spending more than initially agreed upon and the customer service is not useful in the slightest. Absolute trash.

Oliver is an absolute rockstar to work with. When it comes to making it simple to understand, he definitely has that skill locked in. He is also one of the he nicest and most patient people I have worked with in customer service in recent years!

I called I was defensive because of all the fraud that has been done.

She walked me through took the time showed me the portal and my debut. Showed me all the things they can fix for me.

Was honest with me. Definitely great choice
