This system is set up to take forever. 6 months in, and only 2 items removed. At this rate I would be paying thousands. After over $600, I cancelled. These companies are just taking advantage of us. We can dispute things on our own with the bureaus and may even get better results. Credit Repair only challenges a certain number of things at a time. Then tells you it could take 30-60 days before they hear back from the bureaus or creditors. If something doesn't fall off, they challenge the same thing again and then the process starts all over. Order your credit reports, there are templates online to show you how to dispute a charge. I even have some templates that were sent back to me, that credit repair generated because they had the wrong address. I'm sure like me, lots of people made really bad decisions when younger and just trying to fix it. But its not right that companies like these take advantage.

They first promise me that I would get half off of my first month's paymement of $99.95 if I referred their service to a friend, this was not the case.
When I saw my first bill, it was full price.
Then when I was only a day late on my payment they charged me a $19.95 late fee which is 20% late fee.

And after going back and forth with them on the very things I needed them to dispute they just decided not to dispute anything.
When I canceled they then mentioned that the first month's payment was only for service fees so they billed me on top of that they charged me for a months worth of service.
When I saw on my bank statement that I haven't made my final payments to them bexause of insudishent funds
Creditrepair.com does nothing but use bate and switch tackits
to jack up their unknown fees and charges.

Btw, later that very same day they emailed saying that I had insufficient fund in my bank account to make the final payments, which I saw on my bank statement they indeed withdrew those funds earlier in the day.

By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
When I first contacted Credit Repair, 1 year and 5 weeks ago late January 2018, their “salesman” on the phone guaranteed my credit would be cleared within 1 weeks time if I paid the money upfront, which was aporox $3,500, and they would then start working on it ASAP and in 1 weeks time the credit would be cleared.
Well if that wasn’t an absolute lie and once they got my money they weren’t interested in helping me at all. This is a horrible, unprofessional company that clearly steal people’s money and think they can get away with whatever they want. This is what I experienced over 1 year and 5 weeks
- guaranteed my credit to be restored within 1 week (that was Jan 2018 and still not sorted)
- Paid $3,500 upfront on the promise my credit would be sorted in 1 week
- I called up 6 times throughout the year to get a refund and they refused to give me one and still guaranteed they would get my case restored
- Had 4 people throughout the year call me and say “We’ve reviewed you’re case, and we are able to help you”. THEY HADN’T EVEN BEEN WORKING ON IT and when I said aren’t you already working on it they didn’t have an answer for me.
- I sent them the above information 2 weeks ago (sent to a Magdelina that works there) saying just do the right thing, do what you guaranteed and promised me you would do over a year ago and get this case sorted and cleared, ...... they didn’t even have the decency to even reply.
Save you’re money and stay away from this company. They are disgraceful!!!!!!

Do not use this service. They say cancel at anytime but they continue to charge your credit card.

Rip off company I have them for 6 months just one item have been removed and when I called, they are still working on it, 60 days for an answer from credit bureaus that's what they say, wasting time and money they send letters claiming that those items weren't yours when they are clearly yours i never told them to say that. Pls don't waste your money check reviews before you start.

Have you noticed many sites will not let you put in a negative review on this company? So if your upset or not satisfied with their service, how can someone leave a negative review? I am kind of curious if these articles are wrote on here and aaacreditguide.com are fake and support by creditrepair.com? Must be for you can not leave a negative review on creditrepair.com on these sites that give great reviews! That is how I selected this company and found out how fake these reviews are! This is what consumers use to decide who to go with and not be conned by fake reviews!!! But hey at least I can leave a reply here so maybe will include it on the review.

Creditrepair.com milks clients of their money of $99/mo and only disputes 2-3 items every 45-60 days. Not to mention that they will dispute the SAME items for at least 4-6 times. So in 6 months, the company will have disputed the same 2-3 items 3x and not work on anything new. Not to mention that CREDITREPAIR.COM signs dispute letters on your behalf without no Power of attorney or agreement saying can sign documents on your behalf. How do I know this? Especially when you ask creditrepair.com for copies of dispute letters that they sent to dispute items, will tell you they do not provide the letters to you nor show proof item is being disputed.

I tell you how I found this out! I got 3 returned letters to the same company they were disputing and all of them were SIGNED by not me! Who signed it? I asked and they denied they signed it. But yet it shows on envelope the post office it was sent from and I know I DO NOT live there but creditrepair.com is located in city and state! Not to mention you would think that they would send it to the correct address so it does not get returned to me.

Now here is one thing I also noticed in responses from creditors responses is that c reditrepair.com sent them letter stating that the account was fraudulent and should not be reported. I never said the account was not mines, just needed late payment removed. But instead you dispute it with it being a fraudulent account? Creditor sent me affidavit to fill out stating that I agree it was a fraudulent account and I contacted the creditor and was told I sent them a letter stating it was. I had them for years!

Ok so you also pay a $15 fee for them to pull your credit report and then $99/mo service fee for services supposedly rendered. Tell you if you want to cancel that you need to notify them ahead of time. Well how about I did notify them but they continued to charge my account and did not issue a refund.

When you call them and ask them what is progress after 4-5 months, you are only told it is in dispute and responses can take up to 60 days to hear back which is lie. Any legal credit repair company uses FCRA to protect consumers and creditors/Credit Bureaus/Collection agencies only have up to 30 days to respond! So does it take you 30 days in mail? What sense does that make? So as I say should be NO LONGER than 45 days max!

In 6 months of service they have stated removed 1 account and they did not remove it. For it AGED OFF the credit report and wanted to take credit for it. I had called her out on it and she was like well it was on there when we started on your credit. LOL too funny and also wanted to mention my scores went up. Yes they went up because I opened up 2 new revolving trade line to help my credit scores while they supposedly working on removing any negative items. I can go on and on and on about this company!!

If you want to have a legitimate company to help you with your credit, make sure reviews are not fake, It is a company that hides nothing from you and even will give you copies of letters they send if you request it. But also company that will help you rebuild your credit or educate you about your credit. For yes if something gets deleted it helps your scores one time, but it does not help your credit on a monthly basis. This is what you have to understand and companies like this do not want to help build up your scores. Longer scores are in dirt the more money they will make on dragging your services out! So in short DO NOT WASTE your money with and your better off disputing items yourself than wasting your money with this company!

Well I am 4 months in. They do not respond to emails, I had one company that verified a debt, and I have proof they are adding time and increasing the amount despite a letter from the creditor. They never responded to my question. Secondly, only 3 things came off...and it was items I paid in full so they were expected to come off. Overall not impressed so far, giving 6 months for fairness, but so far I give a big fat 0. No improvements and terrible communication this far.

They charge a $100 subscription, and then do nothing for months. When I cancelled my account, they continued charging $100.

I signed up for the service & kept them for 6 months. I had 9 items 3 on each report they were unable to remove anything, 0, nada NOTHING. This was the biggest waste of money ever. Don't use creditrepair.com it is a scam.

Credit repair helped me get ride of a few items that I could have done myself but me being lazy I didn't however when I cancelled my subscription they charge My card a $99 fee

At first, Credit repair was ok. They had several items removed. FOUR years and five removals later, it is near impossible to cancel service. They charge you $40 to cancel!!! I paid my last month's fee of $95, and was booted off the site immediately. I literally canceled the service two days after I had paid for my entire month's service. Save yourself a ton of money and write the creditors yourself. They are not doing anything you couldn't do!

CreditRepair is a great company to use. Within the first month or two using them my credit score went up higher than it has been in awhile. Unfortunately I ran into unexpected financial issues which prevented me from paying the monthly membership fee. Once I'm caught up I will sign up again.

It's an awesome program. Just a bit costly for me.
