Honestly I feel mislead from the beginning. I did this only because I wanted to eventually buy a house and another company for lending recommended them stating that they would have it all cleared up in a month or two and I could proceed with my purchase. I stayed on the phone with the credit repair rep for over an hour and he advised they will first review all of the stuff on my report (I have about 8 things per agency I wanted to take care of, most in which we’re late payments and such, and one or two collection accounts per agency) and then dispute them all, what he failed to do is tell me that they would only do 2 at a time and they pretty much take about 3 months to really even get started. That being said I’m on month 5 now and 2 items have been addressed in total. They are using an excuse that covid is slowing it down but I don’t believe that at all because all the companies are still operating fine and I work for a fortune 10 company as a sales rep and we have had accommodations for working from home and are operating as normal. This creditrepair.com stuff is a hoax. Anyone reading this would be better off just going to another company that you pay a 1 time fee to have them handle everything. This site drags it out and you end up paying a lot more because they don’t care about anything but you paying the $100 a month.

They are very committed in helping you repair your credit. At first I was concern but now I See the action on my credit taking off. Thanks a lot. Credit Team.

For someone like me that never really understood what it is to have a good credit and making mistakes that lead to this. I’ve been helped and credit repair truly does the job! This experience by far with them is more then great for me. Would recommend to anybody that needs help.

This company is a major rip off. They lie about what they can do, they lie about what they charge, and then when one tries to cancel they'll tell you that you are going to be billed for another month. They don't do anything other than send out letters to creditors, something that one can do one's self. Steer very clear of them, and if you have given them your credit card number, I suggest you cancel your card as they will continue to charge you. A complaint has been filed with the FTC, the BBB, and others. After 2 months absolutley nothing was done on their end.

Merna, Credit repair Representative, who i had a pleasure talking with, helped me with a problem i had. she took her time and explain every detail to resolved my account. she is an amazing lovely woman who i trust! I rate her a 100% Thank You, Merna.

They have five stars, but I give them 10stars as excellent.

This was my initial experience with Credit Repair.com and it was very positive. The representative was professional, patient and extremely helpful as I was setting up my profile. She walked me through the entire setup process and answered all of my questions regarding the next steps in a complete and thorough manner. It was and excellent first contact and I look forward to to seeing positive results in my credit score in the future.

I really liked having credit repair because they did the difficult work of going through the credit report to see what could be challenged and addressing those issues with the credit bureaus.

Thank you for all explanation and advice and patience. Now a day's some older generations need more assistance than others and I was so blessed to have spoken to to the Miss.... who took her time in detailing the login process and for that I am very grateful. Thank again for your assistance.
